Claims (6)
- 식품 가공 중 얻을 수 있는 식용 가능한 부산물을 이용하여 제조된 고형배지를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버섯 균사체 배양방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 식용 가능한 부산물을 수세 후, 세절하고 수분함량을 조절한 후 살균하여 고형배지를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특징으로 하는 버섯 균사체 배양방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 식용 가능한 부산물을 이용한 고형배지를 제조하기 위하여 탄소공급원 대비 질소공급원의 비율을 고려하여 2종 이상의 식용 부산물을 혼합하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버섯 균사체 배양방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고형배지에 버섯균사체 배양물을 접종하고 배양하여, 상기 고형배지에 적응된 버섯 균사체를 얻는 제 1차 배양단계와 제 1차 배양단계에서 얻은 버섯 균사체 배양물을 제 1차 배양단계에서와 동일하게 제조된 고형배지에 접종하는 제 2차 배양단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버섯 균사체 배양방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 식품가공 중 얻을 수 있는 식용 가능한 부산물로서 당근 및 당근 박, 표고버섯 및 표고버섯 박, 감귤 및 감귤 과피, 대두 및 대두 박, 옥수수, 감자로 구성된 그룹 중 적어도 어느 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버섯 균사체 배양방법
- 제 1 항 내지 5 항 중 어느 하나의 방법으로 생산된 버섯 균사체를 특별한 정제과정 없이 배지와 함께 살균 후 건조 혹은 추출한 것을 원료로 하여 제조된 식음료 또는 건강식품.
