Description
Claims (4)
- 코일과;통체형상으로 중앙에 코어삽입홀이 형성되며, 외주면에는 상기 코일이 권선되도록 권선부가 형성되되, 상기 권선부의 양측 끝단에는 권선되는 상기 코일을 각각 양측 끝단에서 가이드해주는 가이드판 및 베이스가 연장형성된 보빈과;상기 베이스의 끝단에 설치되며 상기 코일과 전기적으로 통전되게 연결되어 외부로부터 인가받은 전원이 상기 코일에 인가되도록 하는 단자핀 및;상기 코어삽입홀에 삽입되는 로드 형상의 코어를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 쵸크 코일.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 원형로드 형상이며, 상기 보빈은 원통형 통체 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 쵸크 코일.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스의 끝단에는 상기 베이스에 일체로 형성되어 상기 보빈을 지지하는 한쌍의 지지돌기가 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 쵸크 코일.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스의 양측면에는 상기 코일이 끼워지는 코일경유홈이 각각 형성되며, 상기 코어삽입홀의 끝단부에는 상기 코어가 상기 코어삽입홀에서 빠져나가는 것을 방지하는 코어이탈방지턱이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 쵸크 코일.
