Claims (8)
- 기판 위에 투명막과 금속막이 교대로 각각 두 층 이상으로 형성된 다층 구조의 박막으로서, 다층구조를 형성하는 투명막과 금속막의 교번 횟수 또는 각 층의 두께를 조절하여 원하는 빛의 파장 범위에서 빛의 투과율을 조절할 수 있으며,상기 투명막은 가시광 영역의 빛을 투과시킬 수 있는 재료를 사용하여 형성된 박막이며, 상기 금속막은 각 층의 두께가 5 ~ 50nm의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 구조의 투명 도전막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다층 구조를 형성하는 상기 투명막은 가시광 영역에서 빛이 투과하는 성질을 가지는 유전체 재료, 가시광 영역에서 빛을 투과하며 전기 전도성을 가지는 산화물 재료 또는 가시광 영역에서 빛을 투과하는 폴리머 재료 중에서 하나 이상이 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 구조의 투명 도전막.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 상기 유전체 재료는 SiO2, TiO2, ZrO2, HfO2, Al2O3, ZnO, Y2O3, BeO, MgO, PbO2, WO3, VOX, SiNX, GeNX, AlN, ZnS, CdS, SiC, MgF, CaF2, NaF, BaF2, PbF2, LiF, LaF3, GaP로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상이 혼합된 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 구조의 투명 도전막.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산화물 재료는 다음의 그룹,Sn 첨가 In2O3, F 또는 Sb 첨가 SnO2, Al, Ga, B, Y, In, Sc, Si, Ge, Ti, Zr, Hf, N 또는 F 중 하나 또는 둘 이상이 첨가된 ZnO, In 첨가 CdO와 같이 불순물이 첨가된 산화물,Cd0, MgO, SnO2, In2O3, ZnO, GaO, PbO2, Tl2O3, Sb2O5와 같은 산화물들의 혼합물 또는 이들 혼합물에 불순물이 첨가된 산화물, 또는AMO2의 구조를 가지는 산화물 또는 이러한 산화물에 소량의 불순물이 첨가되거나 불순물에 의하여 치환된 구조를 가지는 산화물, 여기서 A는 Cu, Ag, Li, Na, K와 같은 1가(monovalent)의 금속이고, M은 Al, Ga, In, Tl, Sc, Y, La와 같은 3가(trivalent)의 금속,에 포함되는 산화물 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상이 혼합된 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 구조의 투명 도전막.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 재료는 폴리카보네이트(polycarbonate), 폴리메틸메타아크릴네이트(polymethyl meta acrylate), 폴리스틸렌(polystyrene), 폴리에스테르(polyester), 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene) 테레프탈레이트(terephthalate) 및 아크릴 수지로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상이 혼합된 화화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 구조의 투명 도전막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다층 구조를 형성하는 상기 금속막은 Ag, Au, Cu, Pd, Pt, Ni, Al, Y, La, Mg, Ca, Li, K, Na, Cr, Mo, W, V, Ta, Co, Fe, Nb, Mn, Re, In, Sn, Zn, Pb 또는 이들의 합금 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 구조의 투명 도전막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다층 구조의 투명 도전막은 TFT-LCD, PDP, FED, ELD, OELD 등과 같은 평판 디스플레이의 투명전극으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 구조의 투명 도전막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다층 구조의 투명 도전막은 전자기파의 차폐에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 구조의 투명 도전막.
