Claims (5)
- 반응 유닛에 이어서a) 연속식 또는 회분식으로 작동되는 층 결정화 형태의 1차 결정화, 및b) 임의로는 증류 또는 결정화에 의한 추가 정제에 의해 p,p-비스페놀 A(BPA)를 반응 용액으로부터 분리하고,c) BPA가 분리되어 2차 생성물이 풍부한 순환 물질 흐름을 전위(rearrangement) 반응 및 물, 아세톤 및 임의로는 페놀의 제거를 위한 증류후 반응기의 전면부 또는 후면부에 복귀시키는것을 특징으로 하는, 가교결합된 술폰화 폴리스티렌 수지(이온 교환 수지)의 존재하에 아세톤 및 페놀을 반응시켜 p,p-비스페놀 A(BPA)을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제조에 사용되는 가교결합된 술폰화 폴리스티렌 수지가 공유 또는 이온 결합된 메르캅토 화합물로 개질된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 이온 결합된 메르캅토 화합물이 2-메르캅토에틸아민(시스테아민)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 방법에 따라 얻을 수 있는 생성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 방법에 따라 얻을 수 있는 생성물의, 폴리카르바메이트 및 에폭시 수지의 제조를 위한 용도.
