Abstract

PURPOSE: A cap for a disposable beverage cup is provided to allow a customer/shop assistant to put sauce in a recess formed in the cap, thus restricting the use of an individual sauce packing bag. CONSTITUTION: The cap for a disposable beverage cup used in a fast food store, and so on is basically fabricated by press molding vinyl synthetic resin or recyclable compressed paper, and additionally a recess(5) capable of receiving sauce(6) is provided by deforming the cap. By virtue of the recess, it is possible to prevent the waste of an individual sauce packing bag, and consequently protects environment. The shape and the size of the recess are able to be freely adjusted at needs.
