Abstract
본고안은 강화 마루 바닥재에 관한것으로 마루바닥재 중간층에 탄성소재 ( 우레탄 고무 콜크칩 ) 을 접합하여 방음성 및 보온.단열 차음효과 있으며 또안 표면에 다양한 칼라를 게재하고 메라먼 수지로 도포하여 표면을 강화시켜 긁힘이나 변질.변색이 없어 반영구적이며 보행시 탄성효과로 인하여 쾌적한 바닥재를 제공하는것을 특징으로 한다.This paper is about reinforcement floor flooring. It is soundproofing, heat insulation and sound insulation effect by bonding elastic material (urethane rubber cork chip) to the middle floor of flooring material. Description
본고안은 공극식 고무칩과 우레탄콜크를 복합 적층한 쉬트로써 저면에 메라민 수지판을 접착하고 상면에 다양한 칼라와 디자인을 연출하는 화장무늬판을 접합하여 열경화성 라미네이팅 수지로써 표면강화한 탄성 마루 바닥재 임.This paper is a composite laminated sheet of air gap rubber chip and urethane cork. It is an elastic flooring surface reinforced with thermosetting laminating resin by adhering a melamine resin plate on the bottom and joining a decorative pattern plate to produce various colors and designs on the top.
본고안의 목적은 탄성바닥재로써 쿳션 감각이 탁월하며 보행시 부드럽고 피로하지 않으며 장시간 활동하며 생활해도 발뒷굼치로 인한 두통이 해소된다. 일반적으로 표면상태가 오래가지 못하나 본고안은 표면을 강화 하였기 때문에 반영구적으로 사용할수 있는 특징에 착안하여 개발의 목적에 이른것 임.The purpose of this paper is elastic flooring, which has excellent sense of cushioning, soft and tired during walking, and the headache caused by the back of the foot can be solved even if you live for a long time. 일반적인 제품으로서는 원목마루판이나 베니어를 접착하여 붙인 합판이나 M.D.F.H.D.F ( 고밀도목재분말 ) 소재에 상단에 칼라필림, 또는 무늬옥, 래핑 필림, 모양지 등, 을 접착 코팅하여 바닥재로 사용하여 왔으나 이러한 제품은 표면상태는 좋게 보이나 습기에 약하고 수축팽창이 계절에 따라 ( 여름. 겨울 ) 변칙적이어서 사용상 문제가 많았으며 시공후 딱딱한 질감으로 발 뒷굼치가 충격에 흡수되지 못해 다리가 아프며 머리의 통증과 더불어 쉽게 피로를 느낄수 있다.Typical products have been used as flooring materials by adhesively coating color film or patterned jade, lapping film, shape paper, etc. on top of plywood or MDFHDF (high density wood powder) bonded with wood floor board or veneer.
