- 올레아미드를 생산하는 신균주Streptomycessp. KK90378 (KCTC18014P).
- 올레아미드를 생산하는 균주를 배양하는 단계와;상기 배양액으로부터 상등액을 분리하는 단계와;상기 상징액을 유기 용매로 추출하여 정제하는 단계;를 포함하는 올레아미드의 생산방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 올레아미드를 생산하는 균주가Streptomycessp. KK90378 (KCTC18014P)인 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 용매가 헥산 및 에틸아세테이트로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 균주를 해조 다당류를 담체로 하여 고정하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 이온교환수지를 사용하여 정제하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 실리카겔을 사용하여 정제하는 방법.
