Claims (11)
- 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여, (a) 50 내지 90중량%의 에틸렌 공중합체, (b) 조성물이 반도전성이 되게 하기에 충분한 양 이상의 카본블랙, (c) 0 내지 8중량%의 퍼옥사이드(peroxide) 가교제 및 (d) 0 내지 8중량%의 통상의 첨가제를 포함하는 전기 케이블용 반도전성 조성물에 있어서, 에틸렌 공중합체(a)가 이종의 에틸렌-알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체이며, 이외에도 에틸렌 잔기가 메틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 에틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, (이소-)프로필 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 부틸 (메트)아크릴레이트 중에서 선택되는 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 공단량체 잔기를 2 내지 10몰% 포함하고, 이의 융점이 95℃ 이상이며 (108.5-1.7x(알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 공단량체의 몰%))℃ 보다 높음을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 에틸렌-알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체가 관형 반응기에서 고압 라디칼 중합반응에 의해 수득됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 에틸렌-알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체(a)가 50 내지 100중량%의 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트를 관형 반응기의 제 1 반응 영역에 공급함으로써 다중 영역 관형 반응기에서 고압 라디칼 중합반응에 의해 수득됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 에틸렌-알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체(a)가 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트를 반응기의 한 영역으로만 공급하고 에틸렌을 반응기의 2개 이상의 영역으로 공급함으로써 다중 영역 관형 반응기에서 고압 라디칼 중합반응에 의해 수득되며, 반응 영역으로 공급되는 공급물중의 에틸렌에 대한 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트의 중량비가 공중합체중의 에틸렌에 대한 메틸 아크릴레이트의 전체 중량비와 다르며 1:1 이하임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌-알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체가 공중합체의 중량을 기준으로 하여 7 내지 18중량%의 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌 공중합체가 이종의 에틸렌-메틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (b)로서 카본블랙을 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여 15 내지 45중량% 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (c)로서 퍼옥사이드 가교제를 0.2 내지 2중량% 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 내측으로부터 외측으로의 순서로 내측 반도전층, 절연층 및 외측 반도전층에 의해 둘러싸여 있고 상기 내측 및 외측 반도전층 중의 하나 이상의 층이 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여, (a) 50 내지 90중량%의 에틸렌 공중합체, (b) 조성물이 반도전성이 되게 하기에 충분한 양 이상의 카본블랙, (c) 0 내지 8중량%의 퍼옥사이드 가교제 및 (d) 0 내지 8중량%의 통상의 첨가제를 포함하는 반도전성 조성물로부터 유도되는 전도체를 포함하는 전기 케이블에 있어서, 에틸렌 공중합체(a)가 이종의 에틸렌-알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체이며, 이외에도 에틸렌 잔기가 메틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 에틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, (이소-)프로필 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 부틸 (메트)아크릴레이트 중에서 선택되는 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 공단량체 잔기를 2 내지 10몰% 포함하고, 이의 융점이 95℃ 이상이며, (108.5-1.7x(알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 공단량체의 몰%))℃ 보다 높음을 특징으로 하는 전기 케이블.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 에틸렌-알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체(a)가 (a)를 기준으로 하여 7 내지 18중량%의 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트를 함유하고, 내측의 반도전층 또는 벗겨낼 수 없는 외측의 반도전층의 일부를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 전기 케이블.
- 내측으로부터 외측으로의 순서로 내측 반도전층, 절연층 및 외측 반도전층에의해 둘러싸여 있으며, 내측 및 외측의 반도전층 중의 하나 이상의 층이 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여, (a) 50 내지 90중량%의 에틸렌 공중합체, (b) 조성물이 반도전성이 되게 하기에 충분한 양 이상의 카본블랙, (c) 0.2 내지 8중량%의 퍼옥사이드 가교제 및 (d) 0 내지 8중량%의 통상의 첨가제를 포함하는 가교 가능한 반도전성 조성물로부터 유도되는, 가교된 구조의 반도전층을 갖는 전기 케이블을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 에틸렌 공중합체(a)가 이종의 에틸렌-알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체이며, 이외에도 에틸렌 잔기가 메틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 에틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, (이소-)프로필 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 부틸 (메트)아크릴레이트 중에서 선택되는 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 공단량체 잔기를 2 내지 10몰% 포함하고, 이의 융점이 95℃ 이상이며, (108.5-1.7x(알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 공단량체의 몰%))℃ 보다 높고, 조성물이 300 내지 400℃의 온도에서 가교됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
