Claims (25)
- 에틸렌, 적어도 하나의 α-올레핀 모노머 및 임의로, 적어도 하나의 디엔 모노머가 중합되어 있으며, PRR = (전단속도를 0.1 rad/sec로하여 190℃에서 측정된 인터폴리머 점도)/(전단속도를 100 rad/sec로하여 190℃에서 측정된 인터폴리머 점도) + [3.82 - 인터폴리머 무니점도 (ML1+4@ 125℃)] × 0.3로 정의되는 가공레올로지비 (PRR)가 적어도 4임을 특징으로하는 전단시닝 에틸렌/α-올레핀 인터폴리머.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (a) 에틸렌 대 α-올레핀의 중량비가 90:10 내지 10:90의 범위이고, 여기에서 α-올레핀은 C3-20α-올레핀이며, (b) 디엔 모노머의 함량이 인터폴리머 중량을 기준으로하여 0 내지 25 중량%의 범위인 인터폴리머.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 무니점도 (125℃에서 ML1+4)가 0.5 내지 약 200의 범위인 인터폴리머.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 분자량분포 (Mw/Mn)가 적어도 2.0인 인터폴리머.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 분자량분포가 적어도 2.5이고, PRR이 적어도 8인 인터폴리머.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 2.3의 분자량분포, 적어도 15의 무니점도 (125℃에서 ML1+4) 및 적어도 20의 PRR을 갖는 EAODM 인터폴리머인 인터폴리머.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 2.3의 분자량분포가 및 적어도 5의 무니점도 (125℃에서 ML1+4)를 갖는 에틸렌/옥텐-1 코폴리머인 인터폴리머.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 알파-올레핀이 프로필렌, 부텐-1, 펜텐-1, 4-메틸-펜텐-1, 헥센-1, 옥텐-1, 스티렌, p-메틸스티렌 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택되고, 임의의 디엔 모노머가 5-에틸리덴-2-노르보르넨, 5-비닐리덴-2-노르보르넨, 5-메틸렌-2-노르보르넨, 1,4-헥사디엔, 1,3-펜타디엔, 7-메틸-1,6-옥타디엔, 1,3-부타디엔, 4-메틸-1,3-펜타디엔, 5-메틸-1,4-헥사디엔, 6-메틸-1,5-헵타디엔 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택되는 인터폴리머.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 추가로 PRR 증진량의 추가의 디엔 모노머를 함유하며, 이 추가의 디엔 모노머는 디사이클로펜타디엔, 노르보르나디엔, 1,7-옥타디엔 및 1,9-데카디엔으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 인터폴리머.
- 에틸렌, 적어도 하나의 α-올레핀 모노머 및 임의로, 적어도 하나의 디엔 모노머를, 임의로 인터폴리머 PRR을 적어도 4로 유지시키는데 충분한 유효량의 수소의 존재하에, 에틸렌 전환율이 적어도 60 중량%에 도달하도록 하기에 충분하며 적어도 70℃의 온도를 포함하는 조건하에서, 속박기하학 금속 컴플렉스인 촉매 및 활성화 공촉매와 접촉시킴을 특징으로하여 제 1 항의 에틸렌/α-올레핀 인터폴리머를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 수소의 양이 총 모노머 함량과 수소 함량을 합한 양을 기준으로하여 0 몰% 보다 크고 0.10 몰% 보다는 작은 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 수소의 양이 총 모노머 함량과 수소 함량을 합한 양을 기준으로하여 0 몰% 보다 크고 0.05 몰% 보다는 작은 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 촉매가 (t-부틸-아미도)-디메틸(η5-2-메틸-s-인다센-1-일)실란-티타늄 (IV) 디메틸, (t-부틸아미도)-디메틸-(η5-2-메틸-s-인다센-1-일)실란-티타늄 (II) 1,3-펜타디엔 및 (t-부틸아미도)디메틸-(η5-2-메틸-s-인다센-1-일)실란티타늄 (II) 2,4-헥사디엔으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되거나, 또는 (t-부틸아미도)-디메틸(η5-2,3-디메틸인데닐)실란티타늄 (II) 1,4-디페닐-1,3-부타디엔, (t-부틸아미도)-디메틸(η5-2,3-디메틸-s-인다센-1-일)실란티타늄 (IV) 디메틸, 및이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 B족 촉매인 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 활성화 공촉매가 트리스펜타플루오로페닐 보란인 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 인터폴리머가 총 100 wt%의 인터폴리머 중량을 기준으로하여 20 내지 95 중량% (wt%)의 에틸렌 함량, 80 내지 5 wt%의 α-올레핀 함량 (여기에서 α-올레핀은 C3-20α-올레핀이다), 및 임의로 0 내지 25 중량% 범위의 디엔 모노머 함량을 가지는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 인터폴리머가 무정형인 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 인터폴리머가 적어도 부분적으로 결정성이며, 온도는 적어도 80℃이고, 에틸렌 전환율은 적어도 80%인 방법.
- 적어도 일부분이 제 1 항의 인터폴리머를 포함하는 조성물로부터 제작된 제품.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 와이어 및 케이블 구성요소, 전기절연체, 벨트, 호스, 튜브, 가스켓, 막, 성형품, 압출부품, 자동차 부품, 접착제, 타이어월 및 타이어로구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 제품.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 조성물이 추가로 충진제, 섬유, 가소제, 오일, 착색제, 안정화제, 발포제, 지연제, 가속화제 및 교차결합제로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 첨가제를 포함하는 제품.
- 결정성 폴리올레핀 수지 50 중량부 이상 및 제 1 항의 인터폴리머 50 중량부 미만을 함유하며, 결정성 폴리올레핀 수지와 인터폴리머의 총량은 100 중량부인 폴리머 배합조성물.
- 결정성 폴리올레핀 수지 60 중량부 내지 10 중량부 미만 및 제 1 항의 인터폴리머 40 중량부 내지 90 중량부 이상을 함유하며, 여기에서 인터폴리머는 조성물의 겔함량이 인터폴리머 중량을 기준으로하여 적어도 70%가 되도록 적어도 부분적으로 교차결합되어 있으며, 결정성 폴리올레핀 수지와 인터폴리머의 총량은 100 중량부인 열가소성 가황조성물.
- 제 21 항 또는 22 항에 있어서, 결정성 폴리올레핀 수지가 폴리프로필렌 호모폴리머, 프로필렌과 에틸렌, 1-부텐, 1-펜텐, 1-헥센, 1-옥텐, 2-메틸-1-프로펜 및 4-메틸-1-펜텐으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 α-올레핀의 코폴리머, 또는 폴리프로필렌 호모폴리머와 프로필렌/α-올레핀 코폴리머의 배합물 또는 이들의 혼합물인 조성물.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, α-올레핀이 에틸렌인 조성물.
- 제 21 항 내지 24 항중의 어느 하나의 조성물로부터 제작된 제품.
