Claims (3)
- 냉동사이클내의 증발기에 유입하는 냉매의 유량을 제어하는 밸브공의 열림 정도를 변화시키는 밸브체와;그 밸브체의 동작을 제어하는 다이어프램에 의해 형성되는 기밀실에 소정의 냉매를 봉입하기 위한 마개를 가진 파워요소부와;로 구성된 온도팽창밸브에 있어서,상기 마개의 돌출부의 직경(D1)이, 2 ㎜ ≤ D1< 5.4 ㎜의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도팽창밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 다이어프램의 직경이 34.5 ∼ 35.5 ㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도팽창밸브.
- 감압해야 할 액상 냉매가 흐르는 고압냉매유로와 기상 냉매가 흐르는 저압냉매유로를 가지며, 상기 고압냉매유로의 도중에 밸브공이 설치된 밸브 본체와;그 밸브 본체의 밸브공에 맞대어지거나 떨어지면서 당해 밸브공의 열림 정도를 변화시키는 밸브체와;그 밸브체의 동작을 제어하기 위해 상기 밸브체를 구동시키는 다이어프램 및당해 다이어프램에 의해 형성되는 기밀실을 가지며, 상기 저압냉매유로의 냉매의 온도를 감지하도록 상기 밸브체에 배치된 파워요소부와;그 파워요소부의 외벽에 형성된 구멍으로부터 충진된 냉매를 밀봉하는 마개와;로 구성된 온도팽창밸브에 있어서,상기 구멍의 주변부와 상기 마개가 용접에 의해 고정되고, 상기 마개의 돌출부의 직경(D1)이, 2 ㎜ ≤ D1< 5.4 ㎜의 범위이며, 상기 다이어프램의 직경이 34.5 ∼ 35.5 ㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도팽창밸브.
