Abstract

PURPOSE: An exposed concrete panel and a mold for forming the panel are provided to have a wood-like external appearance and texture by forming a wooden pattern on the surface in the mold. CONSTITUTION: A mold for curing concrete, is produced with cast iron or soft graphite. A plaster cast is molded on the surface of a wood and cast iron or graphite is poured into the plaster cast and hardened to be the mold for an exposed concrete panel having a wooden pattern. Concrete mixture is poured into the mold and cured for a regular time. After that, the mold is removed and the exposed concrete panel is finished.

본 발명은 노출 콘크리트 판넬(exposed concrete panel)에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 노출 콘크리트 판넬의 표면에 목재무늬를 부여함으로써 건물의 외장재로서 우수한 미적효과를 나타낼 수 있는 노출 콘크리트 판넬에 관한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
