Claims (9)
- 극한점도가 0.55 내지 0.75dl/g인 폴리에스테르로 형성되는 제1 고분자 수지층; 및상기 제1 고분자 수지층 일면에 적층되어 있으며, 폴리에스테르계 열방성 액정 고분자로 형성되는 제2 고분자 수지층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 차단성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 고분자 수지층은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나의 수지로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 차단성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 고분자 수지층은 이산화티탄, 탄산칼슘, 황산바륨, 실리카, 탈크, 제올라이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 무기입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 차단성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 무기입자의 함량은 제1 고분자 수지층의 총중량을 기준으로 0.5 내지 3.5중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 차단성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르계 열방성 액정 고분자는 p-히드록시벤조산과 6-히드록시-2-나프토산의 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 차단성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르계 열방성 액정 고분자는 p-히드록시벤조산과 에틸렌테레프탈레이트의 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 차단성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 p-히드록시벤조산과 에틸렌테레프탈레이트의 공중합 체는 p-히드록시벤조산 60내지 80몰% 및 에틸렌테레프탈레이트 20 내지 40몰%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 차단성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르계 열방성 액정 고분자는 훽스트 셀라니즈사의 벡트라 에이 950, 유니티카사의 로드런 5000 및 3000. 아모코사의 자이드라, 듀퐁사의 HX로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 차단성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 고분자 수지층과 제2 고분자 수지층의 두께비가 4:1 내지 8:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 차단성 폴리에스테르 필름.
