Claims (6)
- 내부에 전기모터, 차동장치 및 상기 전기모터의 구동력을 이 차동장치에 전달하기 위한 기어 열(列)이 마련되고, 이 전기모터를 피복하는 형태로 커버가 마련되며, 상기 전기모터의 구동력에 의해 차량의 구동력을 얻는 차량구동장치에 있어서,상기 커버의 상부에 인버터를 마련하고,상기 전기모터로부터 리드선을 상기 기어열의 일부를 구성하는 전기모터의 출력기어와 그 전기모터의 외경차에 의해 생기는 스페이스를 이용하여 배치하는 형태로, 상기 출력기어 근방에 배치함과 동시에 이 출력기어부분에 대응한 위치로부터 상기 리드선을 상기 커버 밖으로 꺼내어 배치하고,상기 전기모터와 상기 인버터를 이 리드선을 통하여 전기적으로 접속하여 구성한 차량구동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 커버의 출력기어 근방에 터미널을 상기 커버 내외를 관통하는 형태로 마련하며, 상기 전기모터와 상기 터미널 사이를 제1리드선으로 접속하여 구성한 차량구동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 리드선은 전기모터의 스테이터로부터의 리드선인 차량구동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 인버터를 수납하는 인버터케이스를 상기 커버와 일체로 마련하며, 상기 커버의 후방부분과 상기 인버터케이스의 사이에 홈 모양의 스페이스를 형성하여 구성한 차량구동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 인버터와 전기모터의 사이의 상기 커버부분에 인버터냉각용 히트싱크를 형성하여 구성한 차량구동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전기모터의 후부에 대응하는 커버의 후방부분을 상기 전기모터의 스테이터 외경(外徑)을 따르는 형태로, 전기모터의 출력축을 따라 챔퍼부(chamfer portion)를 형성하여 구성한 차량구동장치.
