Claims (11)
- 입력측 섹션(6), 출력측 섹션(7) 그리고 지지구역(4)에 걸쳐서 뻗어있는 적어도 2 개의 롤러(3)를 각각 지탱하는 한 쌍의 롤러캐리어(1, 2)를 구비하고 있는 연속주조머신의 롤러섹션을 위한 조정방법으로서, 롤러캐리어(1, 2)는 입력측 섹션(6) 및 출력측 섹션(7)에 배치된 조정유니트에 의해서 서로 마주 대하여 조정가능하게 되어있고, 각각의 조정유니트는 지지구역(4)의 양 측 상에 2 개의 유압실린더유니트(8 내지 11)를 구비하고 있는 상기 조정방법에 있어서,유압실린더유니트(8 내지 11)가 위치제어 및 압력제어 양자의 방식으로 조정될 수 있는 것;롤러(3)가 롤러(3)에 의해 가이드된 금속빌릿(5)에 마주 대하여 위치제어 방식으로 유압실린더유니트(8 내지 11)에 의해 위치되어 있는 것,유압실린더유니트(8 내지 11)는 각각의 유압실린더유니트(8 내지 11)의 압력이 유압실린더 한계치에 도달하는 때에 위치제어작동으로부터 압력제어작동으로 전환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조정방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 유압실린더유니트(예를 들면, 9)는 동일한 조정유니트의 다른 유압실린더유니트(예를 들면, 8)의 압력이 동일한 유압실린더 한계치에 도달하는 때에 위치제어작동으로부터 압력제어작동으로 전환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조정방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유압실린더 한계치가 변수화될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조정방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조정유니트의 유압실린더유니트(8, 9; 10, 11)는 조정유니트의 유압실린더유니트(8, 9; 10, 11)의 압력의 총합이 조정유니트 한계치에 도달하는 때에 위치제어작동으로부터 압력제어작동으로 전환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조정방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 조정유니트 한계치가 변수화될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조정방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 롤러섹션의 모든 유압실린더유니트(8 내지 11)는 유압실린더유니트(8 내지 11)의 압력의 총합이 섹션 한계치에 도달하는 때에 위치제어작동으로부터 압력제어작동으로 전환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조정방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 섹션 한계치가 변수화될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조정방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조정유니트의 유압실린더유니트(8, 9; 10, 11)가 위치제어작동으로 동시에 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조정방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조정이 강제유도 스프링백이 보정되는 방식으로 위치제어작동에 있어서의 유압실린더유니트(8 내지 11)로 예정된 수치로서 보내지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조정방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 위치제어작동에 있어서 유압실린더유니트(8 내지 11)가 서로 독립적으로 결정된 조정으로 세팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조정방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 위치제어로부터 압력/힘제어로 전환한 후에 조정유니트가 금속빌릿(5)과 롤러(3) 사이에 영구적인 형태의 클로저를 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 조정방법.
