Description

인너라이너의 접합방법 및 이에 따라 제조된 타이어{A Method for Jointing Inner Liner and Tires Manufactured by the Method}A Method for Jointing Inner Liner and Tires Manufactured by the Method}

The present invention relates to a method of joining the inner liner, and in particular, when the inner liner is wound and bonded in a forming drum, the inner liner is joined to sides and sides along the circumferential surface of the drum to improve cracking or failure of the joint. It is about how. The invention also relates to a tire produced according to the above method.

In general, a tire is a carcass that is rolled or extruded a compound rubber mixed with various rubbers and chemicals to a predetermined length, bonded to both ends on a drum of a molding machine, and rubberized on both sides of a fiber or steel wire thereon. After attaching in the same way as the innerliner, attach the beads to both sides of the carcass, turn the carcass up, attach the belt and the extruded tread to the center of the carcass, and lift it with air. Green tires called green tires are formed. Putting it in a vulcanizer and applying a predetermined temperature, pressure, and time, the compound rubber is chemically bonded, and the tire has stable physical properties, blocks and grooves are formed on the tread surface, and the tire is completed to meet the conditions required for the tire.

As described above, in manufacturing the green tire, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 2A, the primary inner liner 2 is extruded in a band shape and then cut into a required length and wound on the forming drum 1. At this time, both ends of the inner liner 2 should be bonded. In the related art, butt bonding is used as shown in FIG. 2B or overlapping both ends as shown in FIG. 2C.

However, in the butt joining method, the long rubber band is cut and then joined to the end thereof. If the green tire expands when lifting with air, the joining portion of the inner liner 2 is weaker than other parts. It will happen. In addition, even if it does not occur at the time of lifting, the inner liner (2) rubber is contracted during the green tire storage period after lifting, so that the stress is concentrated in the joint portion that is a weak part. In this way, the incomplete joint is filled by a secondary inner liner (not shown) rubber having a composition significantly different from that of the primary inner liner (2) during the vulcanization process in which the green tire is put into a mold and heated and pressurized. The main inner liner (2) is made of butyl rubber composition which is advantageous in air permeability, heat resistance and fatigue resistance, while the second inner liner has air permeability, heat resistance and fatigue resistance. This is because a natural rubber composition which is greatly disadvantageous in is commonly used. Therefore, when the secondary inner liner is vulcanized while filling the joint in the state where the joint is opened, the joint of the inner liner is prematurely opened or cracked during use of the tire, making it difficult to maintain the air pressure of the tire, Moisture in the air applied to the cracked area or oxygen inside the cracker penetrates into the inside of the tire composite and corrodes the steel cord of the carcass or the belt, which forms the skeleton of the steel radial tire, greatly reducing the life of the tire or while driving. There was a great problem causing the rupture of the tire.

In addition, in the case of the overlap joining method, it is possible to prevent the opening of the joining part, but it causes a step in the overlap part of the inner liner 2, and this step increases the nonuniformity in the thickness of the inner liner, thus lifting and vulcanizing the process. Due to the thick thickness of the expansion of the green tire, the expansion ratio is lower than the other parts, the gap between the carcass steel cord inside the non-uniform, which acts as a big defect in the durability of the tire. Another problem is that the step of the overlapped portion of the inner liner 2 cannot necessarily prevent the inflow of air, and the inflowed air is held inside the rubber joint during the vulcanization process, thereby prematurely preparing the rubber composite. It caused destruction.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and when the inner liner is wound and bonded to the molding drum, the inner liner extruded from the extruder is continuously wound in an orbit shape along the circumferential surface of the drum, and wound on the molding drum. It is an object of the present invention to provide an inner liner joining method and a tire according to which the sides and sides of the inner liner are adhered to each other, thereby preventing the joining part from being opened when the green tire is inflated.

The present invention for achieving the above object, while continuously winding the inner liner having a predetermined width extruded from the extruder in an orbit shape along the circumferential surface of the molding drum, while the inner liner is wound on the molding drum at a constant angle On both sides of the inner liner, sides and sides are bonded to each other.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the illustrated drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to like parts.

1A is a state diagram in which an inner liner is wound according to the present invention, and FIG. 1B is a view showing a side angle at the time of joining the inner liner according to the present invention, and FIG. 1C is a cross-sectional view of the junction of the inner liner according to the present invention. On both sides of the inner liner 2, the inner liner 2 extruded from the extruder 7 to the forming drum 1 is continuously wound in an orbit along the circumferential surface of the forming drum 1, as shown. Side and side will be glued together. At this time, as shown in Figure 1b, both sides of the inner liner (2) is formed to have a predetermined angle, this angle is preferably 20 ° to 30 °, for example, the lower the slope is more preferable. If the maximum is 30 ° or more, the adhesive area is reduced, there is a risk of dropping the adhesive strength after vulcanization. As such, when the inner liner is wound continuously, the joints are formed on both sides thereof as shown in FIG. 1C.

Therefore, the band-shaped secondary inner liner is placed on the primary inner liner 2 thus formed and stitched. In this process, the joint is securely bonded by the pressure applied during the stitching. As a result, the adhesive part does not expand during lifting or vulcanization so that a phenomenon of spreading does not occur.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the joint portion from being expanded during the expansion of the green tire, and to maintain a high level of adhesiveness by immediately using the rubber extruded from the extruder, which is used to improve the adhesiveness of the rubber. The amount of pressure-sensitive adhesive can be reduced, there is also an economic effect that can omit or shorten the process line or time required for the production process.
