Claims (5)
- 두 개의 기판이 결합되고, 그 중 한 개의 기판에는 투명전극과 버스전극으로 구성된 유지전극이 복수개의 전극쌍을 이루며 형성되는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널에 있어서,상기 버스전극은 입자의 비중이 서로 상이한 흑색 은 분말과 백색 은 분말을 동시에 첨가하여 은 페이스트를 조성하고, 상기 은 페이스트를 투명전극의 위에 한꺼번에 형성시킨 후 입자의 비중차이에 의해 흑색부분과 백색부분으로 각각 층을 이루도록 하며, 소성공정을 거쳐 바인더를 공기중으로 증발시켜 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 버스전극 형성방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 흑색 은 분말이 먼저 하부에 적층되고, 백색 은 분말은 상기 흑색 은 분말의 위에 위치하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 버스전극 형성방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 버스전극의 흑색부분과 백색부분의 사이에는 흑색 은 분말과 백색 은 분말이 서로 맞물리는 구조로 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 버스전극 형성방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 흑색 은 분말의 비중은 백색 은 분말의 비중보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 버스전극 형성방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 흑색 은 분말의 비중은 7 이상으로 조성하고, 백색 은 분말의 비중은 3 이하로 조성한 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 버스전극 형성방법.
