Claims (5)
- 재생기에 의해 발생시킨 냉매증기를 기액접촉부를 통과시켜 그 순도를 높이고, 상기 고순도의 냉매증기를 응축기로 공급하는 흡수식 냉동기의 정류장치에 있어서,상기 기액접촉부가,상기 냉매증기를 광범위하게 접촉액과 접촉시키기 위하여 상기 접촉액을 분산시키는 액분산기와,상기 냉매증기와 상기 액분산기로부터 낙하하는 접촉액을 접촉시키기 위하여, 상기 액분산기의 아래쪽에 설치되고, 바닥면 중앙부분이 팽출한 뿔형상을 이루는 충전재 엘레멘트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수식 냉동기의 정류장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기액접촉부를 상하 2단 구성으로 함과 동시에,상단의 액분산기의 위쪽에 설치된 냉매액 적하용 노즐과,하단의 액분산기의 위쪽에 설치된 흡수제 용액 적하용 노즐을 구비하고,상기 하단의 기액접촉부는 한 방향의 흡수제 용액의 흐름과 반대방향의 냉매증기의 흐름을 접촉시키는 회수단을 가지고,상기 상단의 기액접촉부는 한 방향의 냉매액의 흐름과 반대방향의 냉매증기의 흐름을 접촉시키는 농축단으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수식 냉동기의 정류장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 각 단의 액분산기가, 냉매증기를 상기 노즐쪽으로 통과시키는 라이저를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수식 냉동기의 정류장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 회수단의 액분산기에 설치된 라이저는 상기 충전재 엘레멘트의 중앙부분 바로 아래를 피하여 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수식 냉동기의 정류장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 충전재 엘레멘트가, 롤형상으로 감은 철망으로 이루어지고, 상기 롤의 바닥면 외주쪽을 롤 축 방향으로 압축시켜 상대적으로 바닥면 중앙부분을 뿔형상으로 팽출시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수식 냉동기의 정류장치.
