Claims (16)
- 제 1전극, 제 2전극, 및 상기 제 1전극과 상기 제 2전극 사이에 형성된 유기물층을 포함하는 유기전기소자에 있어서, 상기 유기물층은 발광층을 포함하고 상기 발광층은 인광성 발광층으로서 하기 화학식 (1) 및 화학식 (2)로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전기소자
화학식 (1) 화학식 (2)
{상기 화학식 (1) 및 화학식 (2)에서,
1) X는 O 또는 S이며,
2) X1, X2 및 X3은 서로 독립적으로 C(R1) 또는 N이며, 단, X1, X2 및 X3 중 적어도 하나 이상은 N이고,
3) R1, R2, R3, R4 및 R1은 각각 동일하거나 상이하며, 서로 독립적으로 수소; 중수소; 할로겐; C6~C60의 아릴기; O, N, S, Si 및 P 중 적어도 하나의 헤테로원자를 포함하는 C2~C60의 헤테로고리기; C3~C60의 지방족고리와 C6~C60의 방향족고리의 융합고리기; C1~C50의 알킬기; C2~C20의 알켄일기; 및 C1~C30의 알콕실기;로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고, 또는 이웃한 복수의 R1끼리 혹은 복수의 R2끼리 혹은 복수의 R3끼리 혹은 복수의 R4끼리 서로 결합하여 고리를 형성할 수 있으며,
5) a, b, c 및 d는 서로 독립적으로 0 내지 4의 정수이고,
6) i 및 j는 서로 독립적으로 0 내지 2의 정수이며, 단, i+j는 1 이상의 정수이고,
7) L1, L2, L3, L4 및 L5는 서로 독립적으로 단일결합; C6~C60의 아릴렌기; 플루오렌일렌기; 및 O, N, S, Si 및 P 중 적어도 하나의 헤테로원자를 포함하는 C2~C60의 헤테로고리기;로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며,
8) Ar1, Ar2, Ar3, Ar4, Ar5, Ar6 및 Ar7은 서로 독립적으로 C6~C60의 아릴기; 플루오렌일기; 및 O, N, S, Si 및 P 중 적어도 하나의 헤테로원자를 포함하는 C2~C60의 헤테로고리기;로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고, 또는 이웃한 기끼리 서로 결합하여 고리를 형성할 수 있으며,
9) 여기서, 상기 아릴기, 아릴렌기, 헤테로고리기, 플루오렌일기, 플루오렌일렌기, 융합고리기, 알킬기, 알켄일기 및 알콕실기는 각각 중수소; 할로겐; 시아노기; C1~C20의 알킬기; C2~C20의 알켄일기; C6~C20의 아릴기; 중수소로 치환된 C6~C20의 아릴기; 플루오렌일기; 및 C2~C20의 헤테로고리기;로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 치환기로 더욱 치환될 수 있으며, 또한 이들 치환기들은 서로 결합하여 고리를 형성할 수도 있으며, 여기서 '고리'란 C3~C60의 지방족고리 또는 C6~C60의 방향족고리 또는 C2~C60의 헤테로고리 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 융합 고리를 말하며, 포화 또는 불포화 고리를 포함한다.}
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 (1)로 나타낸 화합물이 하기 화학식 (3) 내지 화학식 (9) 중 어느 하나로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전기소자

1) X, R1, R2, R3, R4, a, b, c, d, L1, L2, Ar1, Ar2, Ar3 및 Ar4는 상기 청구항 1에서 정의된 바와 동일하며,
2) a', b', c' 및 d'은 서로 독립적으로 0 내지 3의 정수이고, b" 및 d"은 서로 독립적으로 0 내지 2의 정수이다.}
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Ar1, Ar2, Ar3 및 Ar4 중 적어도 하나는 하기 화학식 (B-1)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전기소자

{상기 화학식 B-1에서,
1) D환 및 E환은 서로 독립적으로 C6~C20의 아릴기; 또는 C4~C20의 헤테로고리기;이며,
2) V1 및 V2는 서로 독립적으로 단일결합, NRc, CRdRe, O 또는 S이고,
3) Rc, Rd 및 Re는 서로 독립적으로 C6~C20의 아릴기; O, N, S, Si 및 P 중 적어도 하나의 헤테로원자를 포함하는 C2~C20의 헤테로고리기; C3~C20의 지방족고리와 C6~C20의 방향족고리의 융합고리기; C1~C20의 알킬기; 및 C2~C20의 알켄일기;로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며, 또는 Rd 및 Re는 서로 결합하여 고리를 형성할 수 있고,
4) 은 결합되는 위치를 나타낸다.}
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Ar5, Ar6 및 Ar7 중 적어도 하나가 하기 화학식 (2-1) 내지 화학식 (2-6) 중 어느 하나로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전기소자

{상기 화학식 (2-1) 내지 화학식 (2-6)에서,
1) X12 및 X13은 서로 독립적으로 N-L6-Ar8, O, S, C(R2) 또는 CR'R"이며,
2) 상기 R2, R', R", R5 및 R6은 각각 동일하거나 상이하고, 서로 독립적으로 수소; 중수소; 할로겐; 시아노기; C1~C20의 알킬기; C2~C20의 알켄일기; C6~C20의 아릴기; 플루오렌일기; 및 O, N, S, Si 및 P로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 헤테로원자를 포함하는 C2~C20의 헤테로고리기;로 이루어진 군에서 선택될 수 있으며, 또는 이웃한 복수의 R5끼리 혹은 복수의 R6끼리 혹은 R5와 R6이 서로 결합하여 고리를 형성할 수 있고, 또는 R'와 R"이 서로 결합하여 스파이로 고리를 형성할 수 있으며,
3) 상기 L6은 단일결합; C6~C20의 아릴렌기; 플루오렌일렌기; 및 O, N, S, Si 및 P 중 적어도 하나의 헤테로원자를 포함하는 C2~C20의 헤테로고리기;로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고,
4) 상기 Ar8은 C6~C20의 아릴기; 플루오렌일기; 및 O, N, S, Si 및 P 중 적어도 하나의 헤테로원자를 포함하는 C2~C20의 헤테로고리기;로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며,
5) e 및 f는 서로 독립적으로 0 내지 4의 정수이며, f'은 0 내지 6의 정수이다.}
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 (2)로 표시되는 화합물이 하기 화학식 (2-10) 내지 화학식 (2-12) 중 어느 하나로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전기소자:

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기물층은 상기 둘 이상의 스택 사이에 형성된 전하생성층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전기소자
- 제1항의 유기전기소자를 포함하는 디스플레이장치; 및 상기 디스플레이장치를 구동하는 제어부;를 포함하는 전자 장치
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 유기전기소자는 유기전기발광소자, 유기태양전지, 유기감광체, 유기트랜지스터, 및 단색 또는 백색 조명용소자 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치
