Abstract
Description
도 2에는 별도의 전자 수송층을 갖지 않는 역전된 유기 발광 소자가 도시된다.
도 3에는 2-메틸테트라히드로푸란 용매 중 실온 및 77K에서 비교예 1의 스펙트럼 데이타가 도시된다.
도 4에는 화합물 315의 최소화된 공간 충전 모델이 도시된다. 비-배위결합된 질소 원자는 페닐 치환기의 평면에 의해 완전하게 차폐된다. 리간드 중 2개는 명료성으로 인해 숨겨졌다.
도 5에는 용매로서의 2-메틸테트라히드로푸란 중 77K에서 비교예 3의 스펙트럼 데이타가 도시된다.

Claims (20)
- 하기 구조를 가지는 리간드 LA를 포함하는 화합물을 포함하는 OLED에 사용하기 위한 재료:
상기에서,
R1은 일치환 또는 이치환, 또는 비치환을 나타내고;
R2 및 R3는 각각 독립적으로 일치환, 이치환, 삼치환 또는 사치환, 또는 비치환을 나타내고;
R1, R2 및 R3의 임의의 인접 치환은 함께 임의 연결되어 고리를 형성하고;
R1, R2 및 R3은 각각 수소, 듀테륨, 할라이드, 알킬, 시클로알킬, 헤테로알킬, 아릴알킬, 알콕시, 아릴옥시, 아미노, 실릴, 알케닐, 시클로알케닐, 헤테로알케닐, 알키닐, 아릴, 헤테로아릴, 카르복실산, 니트릴, 이소니트릴, 설파닐, 포스피노, 및 이의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 독립적으로 선택되고;
리간드 LA는 금속 M에 배위결합되고;
금속 M은 Ir 또는 Rh이고;
R은 탄소수 3이상을 포함하는 분지형 알킬, 시클로알킬, 실릴, 아릴, 알킬로 치환된 아릴, 헤테로아릴, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된다. - 제1항에 있어서, 화합물은 하기 구조를 갖는 화학식 M(LA)m(LB)n을 갖는 것인 OLED에 사용하기 위한 재료:

R' 및 R"은 임의 축합 또는 연결되어 고리를 형성하고;
각각의 Ra, Rb, Rc, 및 Rd는 일치환 내지 가능한 최대수의 치환, 또는 비치환을 나타낼 수 있고;
Ra, Rb, Rc, 및 Rd는 각각 수소, 듀테륨, 할라이드, 알킬, 시클로알킬, 헤테로알킬, 아릴알킬, 알콕시, 아릴옥시, 아미노, 실릴, 알케닐, 시클로알케닐, 헤테로알케닐, 알키닐, 아릴, 헤테로아릴, 카르복실산, 니트릴, 이소니트릴, 설파닐, 포스피노, 및 이의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 독립적으로 선택되고;
