Description
Claims (8)
- 제1 경질상 및 결합상을 포함하는 초경합금으로서,
상기 초경합금에서의 제1 경질상의 비율은 30~95 질량%이고, 상기 초경합금에서의 상기 결합상의 비율은 1~30 질량%이고,
상기 제1 경질상은 WC를 포함하고,
상기 결합상은, Co, Ni 및 Cr의 3종의 원소, 또는 Co, Ni, Cr 및 Mo의 4종의 원소로 구성되고,
상기 초경합금 중의 Co의 함유량을 M1, 상기 초경합금 중의 Cr 및 Mo의 합계 함유량을 M2, 상기 초경합금 중의 Ni, Cr 및 Mo의 합계 함유량을 M3, 및 상기 초경합금 중의 Co, Ni, Cr 및 Mo의 합계 함유량을 M4로 나타냈을 때,
M4에 대한 M1의 비율이 15% 이상 50% 이하이고,
M3에 대한 M2의 비율이 15% 이상 40% 이하이고,
상기 초경합금 중에서의 Cr/Mo 리치 입자가 차지하는 면적의 비율이 1% 미만이고,
상기 Cr/Mo 리치 입자는, 상기 초경합금의 단면의 원소 맵핑에 있어서, Cr 및 Mo 중 적어도 하나의 농도가 M4에 대한 M2의 비율보다 높은 영역의 구성 입자인 것인 초경합금. - 제1항에 있어서, 주기율표의 제4족 원소 및 제5족 원소를 포함하는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 제1 원소와, C, N, O 및 B를 포함하는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 제2 원소의 화합물을 포함하는 제2 경질상을 더 포함하는 초경합금.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 화합물은 탄화물인 것인 초경합금.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 탄화물은 TiC, NbC, TaC, TaNbC 및 TiNbC에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것인 초경합금.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 경질상을 구성하는 상기 화합물의 평균 입자 직경은 0.1 ㎛ 이상 5 ㎛ 이하인 것인 초경합금.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 초경합금을 포함하는 기재를 구비하는 절삭 공구.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 기재의 표면의 적어도 일부에 피막을 구비하는 절삭 공구.
- 제1 경질상의 원료 분말 및 결합상의 원료 분말을 혼합하여 혼합 분말을 조제하는 공정과,
상기 혼합 분말을 가압 성형하여 성형체를 조제하는 공정과,
상기 성형체를 소결하여 초경합금을 제작하는 공정
을 포함하고,
상기 초경합금에서의 제1 경질상의 비율은 30~95 질량%이고, 상기 초경합금에서의 상기 결합상의 비율은 1~30 질량%이고,
상기 제1 경질상의 원료 분말은 WC 분말이고,
상기 결합상의 원료 분말은 Co 분말과 합금 분말을 포함하고,
상기 합금 분말은, Ni와 Cr를 포함하는 합금 분말 및 Ni와 Cr와 Mo를 포함하는 합금 분말 중 적어도 한쪽이며,
상기 결합상의 원료 분말에 있어서, Co의 함유량을 W1, Cr 및 Mo의 합계 함유량을 W2, Ni, Cr 및 Mo의 합계 함유량을 W3, Co, Ni, Cr 및 Mo의 합계 함유량을 W4로 나타냈을 때,
W4에 대한 W1의 비율이 15% 이상 50% 이하이고,
W3에 대한 W2의 비율이 15% 이상 40% 이하인 것인 초경합금의 제조 방법.
