훈련된 패널 10명을 대상으로 상기 실시예 1 및 비교예 1, 2에서 제조한 반려동물용 반건조 사료의 특이취에 대해 코로 느껴지는 향과 씹었을 때 느껴지는 향을 종합적으로 평가하여 관능평가를 수행하였다. 기호성 정도에 따라 1점 ~ 10점의 점수를 매기도록 하였으며, 점수가 높을수록 기호성이 높은 것으로 평가하였다. 패널 10명이 매긴 점수의 평균값을 하기 표 1에 나타내었다.A sensory evaluation was conducted by comprehensively evaluating the specific odor of the semi-dried pet food manufactured in Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 by 10 trained panelists based on the odor felt by the nose and the odor felt when chewing. (3) 상기 가수분해된 육류에 키위 분쇄물, 밀크씨슬 (Silybum marianum) 추출물, 좁쌀풀 (Lysimachia vulgaris) 추출물, 표고버섯 분말 및 블루베리 분말을 첨가하고 2 내지 5 ℃에서 4 내지 12시간 동안 보관하여 숙성시킨 육류를 수득하는 단계;
(4) 상기 숙성시킨 육류에 쌀 분말, 감자 분말, 대두 분말, 대두 식이섬유 분말, 아마씨 분말, 메밀 분말 및 닭기름을 첨가하고 교반하여 혼합물을 수득하는 단계;
(5) 상기 혼합물을 60 내지 80 ℃로 예열된 오븐기에 넣고 30분 내지 120분 동안 구워 1차 로스팅한 다음, 온도를 120 내지 180 ℃로 올리고 10분 내지 30분 동안 구워 2차 로스팅하여 열처리된 혼합물을 수득하는 단계; 및
(6) 상기 열처리된 혼합물을 10 내지 30 ℃에서 압착 성형하여 20 내지 25%의 수분 함량을 갖는 압착 성형물을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는, 반려동물용 반건조 사료의 제조방법.

(5) a step of placing the mixture in an oven preheated to 60 to 80°C and baking for 30 to 120 minutes to perform primary roasting, then raising the temperature to 120 to 180°C and baking for 10 to 30 minutes to perform secondary roasting to obtain a heat-treated mixture; and
(6) A method for producing semi-dry pet food, comprising the step of pressing and molding the heat-treated mixture at 10 to 30° C. to obtain a press-molded product having a moisture content of 20 to 25%.
