Claims (10)
- 자동차의 트랙션 배터리의 배터리 모듈을 위한 배터리 하우징으로서,
상기 배터리 모듈의 적어도 하나의 배터리 셀을 둘러싸기 위한 하우징(12)과,
상기 하우징(12)의 적어도 하나의 하우징 벽(16)에 형성되고 배터리 셀로부터 먼 쪽으로 개방되어 냉각 유체를 전도하기 위한 적어도 하나의 냉각 홈(18)과,
평판으로 구성되고 하우징 벽(16)에 연결되며 적어도 하나의 냉각 홈(18)을 폐쇄하기 위한 커버(20)를 구비하고,
하우징(12)은 적어도 하나의 냉각 홈(18), 또는 다수의 냉각 홈(18)이 장착된 적어도 2개의, 또는 적어도 4개의 하우징 벽(16)을 구비하고,
커버(20)는 하우징 벽(16)의 중앙 바디(24) 상에 장착될 수 있는 중앙 개구(22)를 구비하고,
상기 커버(20)는 스탬핑 공구를 사용한 스탬핑에 의해서만 반제품 형태로 존재하는 금속판 또는 플라스틱판으로부터 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 배터리 하우징. - 제1항에 있어서, 커버(20)는, 냉각 홈(18)과 연통하며 냉각 유체를 공급하기 위한 유입구(26) 및/또는 냉각 홈(18)과 연통하며 냉각 유체를 배출하기 위한 배출구(28)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 배터리 하우징.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하우징 벽(16)의 에지에, 냉각 홈(18) 및 커버(20)에 의해 획정되고 냉각 유체를 공급하기 위한 유입구(26) 및/또는 냉각 홈(18) 및 커버(20)에 의해 획정되고 냉각 유체를 배출하기 위한 배출구(28)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 배터리 하우징.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하우징(12)은 압출 직사각형 프로파일, 특히 직사각형 관으로 형성되고, 적어도 하나의 냉각 홈(18)은 압축 성형 및/또는 절삭 가공에 의해 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 배터리 하우징.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 하우징 벽(16)은 기계 하중을 분산시키도록 형성되고, 적어도 하나의 냉각 홈(18)을 획정하는 하우징 벽(16)의 재료가 하우징 벽(16)의 보강에 기여하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 배터리 하우징.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 냉각 홈(18)은 직선 프로파일에서 벗어난 형상을 가지며, 특히 냉각 홈(18)은 각진 형태 및/또는 지그재그 형태 및/또는 구불구불한 형태로 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 배터리 하우징.

상기 배터리 셀은 적어도 하나의 냉각 홈(18)이 장착된 하우징 벽(16)에 직접 또는 열전도층을 통해서만 놓이는, 배터리 모듈. - 제9항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 배터리 셀의 유일한 능동 온도 제어는 상기 적어도 하나의 배터리 셀과 상기 적어도 하나의 냉각 홈(18)에서 흐를 수 있는 냉각 유체의 열교환을 통해서만 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 배터리 모듈.
