The fermented extract is,
Washing mulberry roots, pomegranate peels, and rhubarb stems and drying them at a temperature of 48-52°C for 5-7 hours; Heat treating dried mulberry roots, pomegranate peels, and rhubarb stems at a temperature of 118-122°C for 18-22 minutes; Grinding heat-treated mulberry roots, pomegranate peels, and red tree stems and mixing them at a weight ratio of 1:1:1 to prepare a mixed powder; Mixing 48-52 parts by weight of the mixed powder and 48-52 parts by weight of the bisuri extract, adding 0.3-0.7 parts by weight of cellulase, and performing an enzyme reaction at a temperature of 32-36°C for 2-4 days; After the enzyme reaction, heating to a temperature of 78-82°C and cooling to a temperature of 18-22°C; After cooling, adding 0.8-1.2 parts by weight of a strain containing Saccharomyces coreanus and fermenting at a temperature of 28-32°C for 2-4 days; After fermentation, adding 38-42 parts by weight of purified water and extracting at a temperature of 118-122°C for 8-10 hours to prepare an extract; and concentrating and freeze-drying the extract under reduced pressure.
