- 투과도가 70 % 이상이고, 방사용액의 상전이 후 55 내지 70 초가 경과된 시점에서의 저장 탄성률의 변화율이 10 내지 12이며, 상기 저장 탄성률은 50 ℃, 주파수 10 rad/s, 변형 스윕 0.05% 조건에서의 측정으로부터 도출된 그래프의 로그스케일 값인 아크릴로니트릴계 방사용액.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 투과도는 75 % 이상인 아크릴로니트릴계 방사용액.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 저장 탄성률의 변화율이 11 내지 12인 것인 아크릴로니트릴계 방사용액.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 아크릴로니트릴계 방사용액은 pH가 8.9 내지 10.3인 것인 아크릴로니트릴계 방사용액.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 아크릴로니트릴계 방사용액은 pH가 9 내지 10인 것인 아크릴로니트릴계 방사용액.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 아크릴로니트릴계 방사용액은 아크릴로니트릴계 중합체 및 아크릴로니트릴계 중합체의 양용매를 포함하는 것인 아크릴로니트릴계 방사용액.
- 투과도가 70 % 이상이고, 방사용액의 상전이 후 55 내지 70 초가 경과된 시점에서의 저장 탄성률의 변화율이 10 내지 12이며, 상기 저장 탄성률은 50 ℃, 주파수 10 rad/s, 변형 스윕 0.05% 조건에서의 측정으로부터 도출된 그래프의 로그스케일 값인 아크릴로니트릴계 방사용액을 방사하는 단계를 포함하는 아크릴로니트릴계 방사섬유의 제조방법.
