Abstract
Description
도 2 내지 도 4는 각각 본 발명의 제1 내지 제3 실시 형태에 따른 수소 연료 탱크의 일 부분(도 1의 A 부분)을 개략적으로 나타낸 단면도이다.
도 5(a)는 수소가스 투과도를 평가할 때 이용하는 측정 장치를 개략적으로 나타낸 그림이고, 도 5(b)는 시간에 따른 압력 변화 기울기로부터 지연 시간을 추출하는 방법을 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 6은 샘플 1~6에 대한 가스 투과율을 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (20)
- 내부에 수소를 저장할 수 있는 탱크 본체; 및
상기 탱크 본체의 적어도 일면 상에 배치된 수소 배리어층
을 포함하고,
상기 수소 배리어층은
상기 탱크 본체의 적어도 일면 상에 배치되고, (준)금속으로 된 제1배리어층; 및
상기 제1 배리어층 상에 배치되어 상기 제1 배리어층 내 빈 공간을 충전하는 제2 배리어층
을 포함하고,
상기 제2 배리어층은
(준)금속질화물, (준)금속 산화질화물, 유기 화합물 및 유무기하이브리드 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 물질로 된 제2A 배리어층; 및
상기 제2A 배리어층 상에 배치되고, (준)금속질화물, (준)금속 산화질화물, 유기 화합물 및 유무기하이브리드 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되되, 상기 제2A 배리어층과 상이한 물질로 된 제2B 배리어층
을 포함하는 것인, 수소 연료 탱크. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탱크 본체는 비(非)-금속 재료로 형성된 것인, 수소 연료 탱크. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 배리어층의 (준)금속은 Al, Ti, Ni, Zn, Mg, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Zr, Mo, In, Sn 및 Ta로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것인, 수소 연료 탱크. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (준)금속질화물 및 (준)금속 산화질화물에서, 상기 (준)금속은 Al, Ti, Ni, Zn, Mg, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Zr, Mo, In, Sn, Ta 및 Si로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인, 수소 연료 탱크. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유기 화합물은 아크릴계 모노머 및 이의 올리고머, 에폭시계 모노머 및 이의 올리고머, 유기카보네이트계 모노머 및 이의 올리고머, 스티렌계 모노머 및 이의 올리고머, 에폭시 아크릴계 모노머 및 이의 올리고머, 에폭시 스티렌계 모노머 및 이의 올리고머로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인, 수소 연료 탱크. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유무기하이브리드 화합물은 오르가노실록산계 화합물인, 수소 연료 탱크. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2A 배리어층 및 제2B 배리어층 중 어느 하나는 무기막이고, 나머지는 유기막 또는 유무기 하이브리드막인, 수소 연료 탱크. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 배리어층 및 제2 배리어층은 교대로 반복 적층된 것인, 수소 연료 탱크. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탱크 본체와 제1 배리어층의 계면 상에 배치된 친수성 표면 처리층을 추가적으로 더 포함하는 것인, 수소 연료 탱크. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 친수성 표면 처리층은 히드록시기(-OH)를 갖는 것인, 수소 연료 탱크. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 수소 배리어층은 상기 표면 처리층, 제1 배리어층 및 제2 배리어층을 포함하는 스택(stack)을 포함하고,
상기 스택은 반복 적층된 것인, 수소 연료 탱크. - 내부에 수소를 저장할 수 있는 탱크 본체; 및
상기 탱크 본체의 적어도 일면 상에 배치된 수소 배리어층
을 포함하고,
상기 수소 배리어층은
상기 탱크 본체의 적어도 일면 상에 배치되고, (준)금속으로 된 제1배리어층;
상기 제1 배리어층 상에 배치되어 상기 제1 배리어층 내 빈 공간을 충전하는 제2 배리어층; 및
상기 제2 배리어층 상에 배치되고, 유기 고분자 및 유무기하이브리드계 고분자로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상으로 된 제3 배리어층
을 포함하는 것인, 수소 연료 탱크. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 제2 배리어층이 무기막인 경우, 상기 제3 배리어층은 유기 고분자로 형성되고,
상기 제2 배리어층이 유기막인 경우, 상기 제3 배리어층은 유무기하이브리드계 고분자로 형성된 것인, 수소 연료 탱크. - (S100) 내부에 수소를 저장할 수 있는 탱크 본체의 적어도 일 표면 상에 (준)금속을 도금 또는 기상 증착하여 제1 배리어층을 형성하는 단계; 및
(S200) 상기 제1 배리어층 상에 상기 제1 배리어층의 빈 공간을 충전할 수 있는 제2 배리어층을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하고,
상기 제2 배리어층은
(준)금속질화물, (준)금속 산화질화물, 유기 화합물 및 유무기하이브리드 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 물질로 된 제2A 배리어층; 및
상기 제2A 배리어층 상에 배치되고, (준)금속질화물, (준)금속 산화질화물, 유기 화합물 및 유무기하이브리드 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되되, 상기 제2A 배리어층과 상이한 물질로 된 제2B 배리어층
을 포함하는 것인, 청구항 제1항 내지 제3항, 제5항 내지 제7항, 및 제9항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수소 연료 탱크의 제조방법. - 제16항에 있어서,
상기 (S100) 단계 및 (S200) 단계는 교대로 반복 수행하는 것인, 수소 연료 탱크의 제조방법. - 제16항에 있어서,
상기 (S100) 단계 전에,
(S10) 상기 탱크 본체의 적어도 일 표면 상에 산화제를 이용하여 상기 탱크 본체와 제1 배리어층의 계면 상에 친수성 표면 처리층을 형성하는 단계
를 추가적으로 더 포함하는 것인, 수소 연료 탱크의 제조방법. - 제18항에 있어서,
상기 (S10) 단계, (S100) 단계, 및 (S200) 단계를 순차적으로 반복 수행하는 것인, 수소 연료 탱크의 제조방법. - (S100) 내부에 수소를 저장할 수 있는 탱크 본체의 적어도 일 표면 상에 (준)금속을 도금 또는 기상 증착하여 제1 배리어층을 형성하는 단계;
(S200) 상기 제1 배리어층 상에 상기 제1 배리어층의 빈 공간을 충전할 수 있는 제2 배리어층을 형성하는 단계; 및
(S300) 상기 제2 배리어층 상에 유기 고분자 및 유무기하이브리드계 고분자로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 코팅하여 제3 배리어층을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하는, 제14항 또는 제15항에 기재된 수소 연료 탱크의 제조방법.
