MTT 시약이 세포 내 미토콘드리아에 흡수되었다고 판단되면 상등액을 제거하고, DMSO를 150㎕ 첨가한 다음, 10분간 교반하여 균일하게 프로마잔(formazan) 염색(dye)을 녹여내었다. 그런 다음 ELISA 리더를 이용하여 515nm 파장에서 OD 값을 측정하고, 미리 만들어둔 표준 곡선에 맞추어 세포 수를 측정하였다. 측정한 세포 수를 기초로 본 발명의 비교예 및 실시예의 모유두 세포 증식 촉진능(%)을 계산하고, 그 결과를 하기 표 2에 나타내었다.First, DP cells were prepared in a 96-well plate at a concentration of approximately 10 4 cells/well.
