상기 적어도 하나의 반사기에 작동 가능하게 결합된 상기 후방 램프 아플리케의 적어도 하나의 광원;
와이어 하네스를 상기 후방 램프 아플리케의 상기 하우징에 연결하고 상기 후방 램프 아플리케와 상기 외부 패널 사이에 개스킷 없이 내후성 시일(weather resistant seal)을 생성하도록 작동 가능한 적어도 하나의 자체 밀봉 커넥터
를 포함하는, 통합형 조명 조립체를 갖는 리프트 게이트. - 제1항에 있어서, 후방 램프 아플리케 하우징을 상기 외부 패널에 연결하는 적어도 하나의 통합형 스냅 부착 피처를 더 포함하는, 통합형 조명 조립체를 갖는 리프트 게이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 로케이터 핀과 자동으로 맞물리고 상기 자체 밀봉 커넥터를 조립된 위치로 능동 연결을 제공하기 위해 합치하는 제1 및 제2 부착 표면을 함께 안내하는 내부 조립체 피봇 및 적어도 하나의 로케이터를 더 포함하는, 통합형 조명 조립체를 갖는 리프트 게이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부 패널은 접착제를 사용하여 내부 패널에 접합되는, 통합형 조명 조립체를 갖는 리프트 게이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후방 램프 아플리케 조립체는 상기 하우징의 주변 둘레의 접착제에 의해 상기 외부 패널에 연결되어 접합 경로 영역 내에 부착 및 수밀식 밀봉을 모두 제공하는, 통합형 조명 조립체를 갖는 리프트 게이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발광 다이오드 회로 기판 및 램프 렌즈에 인접하여 상기 반사기에 결합된 확산기 베젤을 더 포함하는, 통합형 조명 조립체를 갖는 리프트 게이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후방 램프 아플리케의 하우징을 상기 외부 패널에 연결하는 적어도 하나의 도난 방지 체결구를 더 포함하는, 통합형 조명 조립체를 갖는 리프트 게이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자체 밀봉 커넥터는 상기 자체 밀봉 커넥터를 상기 외부 패널에 선택적으로 연결하고 수밀식 시일을 허용하기 위해 멈춤쇠를 통합한 밀봉 피처를 포함하는, 통합형 조명 조립체를 갖는 리프트 게이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자체 밀봉 커넥터는 멈춤쇠 링을 통합하고 외부 패널에 설치하는 동안 공차 변화에 대해 미리 결정된 양의 부유를 허용하는, 통합형 조명 조립체를 갖는 리프트 게이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리프트 게이트에 대한 상기 후방 램프 아플리케의 설치를 안내하기 위해 상기 외부 패널의 각각의 리세스에 정렬하도록 상기 후방 램프 아플리케와 통합된 복수의 로케이터 핀을 더 포함하는, 통합형 조명 조립체를 갖는 리프트 게이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리프트 게이트에 대한 상기 후방 램프 아플리케의 설치를 안내하기 위해 상기 외부 패널의 구멍에 정렬되고 상기 구멍을 통해 연장하는 적어도 하나의 장착 클립을 더 포함하는, 통합형 조명 조립체를 갖는 리프트 게이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 커넥터는 손 접근 설치 구멍을 제거하고 수밀식 시일을 허용하는 측방향 커넥터인, 통합형 조명 조립체를 갖는 리프트 게이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자체 밀봉 커넥터는, 상기 외부 패널, 와이어 하네스에 결합되고 통합형 램프 연결부에 연결되는 자체 밀봉 1/4 턴 와이어 하네스 커넥터이고, 커넥터는 측방향 커넥터, 직선형 커넥터 연결부, 또는 선형 연결부에 대한 하우징 피봇인, 통합형 조명 조립체를 갖는 리프트 게이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후방 램프 아플리케는 접착제 없이 상기 외부 패널에 부착되는, 통합형 조명 조립체를 갖는 리프트 게이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후방 램프 아플리케는 상기 리프트 게이트의 포켓 내에 위치 설정되고, 상기 내부 패널에 대한 최대 단면 깊이를 허용하여 상기 리프트 게이트의 강성을 최대화하도록 상기 하우징의 표면으로부터 50 밀리미터 미만으로 깊이가 최소화되는, 통합형 조명 조립체를 갖는 리프트 게이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후방 램프 아플리케의 하우징은 미리 결정된 길이이고 커넥터는 상기 하우징을 통과하는 길이방향 라인의 길이의 미리 결정된 백분율인 영역에 위치되며, 상기 길이방향 라인으로부터의 거리는 라인의 단부 중 하나로부터 길이방향 라인의 길이의 20 내지 40%인, 통합형 조명 조립체를 갖는 리프트 게이트.
- 통합형 조명 조립체를 갖는 리프트 게이트로서,
접착제에 의해 적어도 하나의 내부 패널에 접합된 적어도 하나의 외부 패널;
상기 외부 패널의 적어도 하나의 제2 합치 부착 표면과 관련되는 적어도 하나의 제1 합치 부착 표면을 갖는 적어도 하나의 후방 램프 아플리케 하우징;
나사형 부착물, 기준 핀 및 접착제 없이 후방 램프 아플리케 하우징을 상기 외부 패널에 연결하는 적어도 하나의 통합형 스냅 부착 피처;
접근 패널을 필요로 하지 않고 와이어 하네스를 상기 후방 램프 아플리케에 연결하고 상기 후방 램프 아플리케와 상기 외부 패널 사이에 개스킷 없이 내후성 시일(weather resistant seal)을 생성하도록 작동 가능한 커넥터를 포함하고,
커넥터는 측방향 커넥터, 직선형 커넥터 연결부, 또는 선형 연결부에 대한 하우징 피봇인, 통합형 조명 조립체를 갖는 리프트 게이트. - 제17항에 있어서, 상기 후방 램프 아플리케의 하우징은 미리 결정된 길이이고 커넥터는 상기 하우징을 통과하는 길이방향 라인의 길이의 미리 결정된 백분율인 영역에 위치되며, 상기 길이방향 라인으로부터의 거리는 상기 리프트 게이트의 보강 구조적 특성을 최대화하기 위해 라인의 단부 중 하나로부터 길이방향 라인의 길이의 15 내지 50%인, 통합형 조명 조립체를 갖는 리프트 게이트.
- 리프트 게이트 조립체로서,
적어도 하나의 내부 패널에 접합된 적어도 하나의 외부 패널;
상기 외부 패널에 대한 연결을 가능하게 하는 적어도 하나의 제1 합치 표면 및 복수의 부착 피처를 갖는 적어도 하나의 후방 램프 아플리케 하우징;
후방 램프 아플리케 하우징을 상기 외부 패널에 연결하는 적어도 하나의 통합형 램프 스냅 후크;
상기 외부 패널에 대한 상기 하우징의 움직임을 안내하기 위해 상기 리프트 게이트에 대해 내부에 위치된 적어도 하나의 조립체 피봇 영역;
와이어 하네스를 상기 후방 램프 아플리케에 연결하도록 작동 가능한 적어도 하나의 자체 결합 커넥터를 포함하고,
상기 후방 램프 아플리케의 하우징은 미리 결정된 길이이고 커넥터는 상기 하우징을 통과하는 길이방향 라인의 길이의 미리 결정된 백분율인 영역에 위치되며, 상기 길이방향 라인으로부터의 거리는 라인의 단부 중 하나로부터 길이방향 라인의 길이의 15 내지 50%이고,
후방 램프 아플리케 상의 램프 아플리케 조립체 합치 표면은 상기 후방 램프 아플리케의 피봇 운동 동안 리프트 게이트 조립체 상의 합치 표면에 정렬되어 상기 하우징을 외부 패널에 대한 조립된 위치로 작동 가능하게 안내하여, 능동적 연결이 상기 외부 패널에 대한 위치로의 후방 램프 아플리케의 조립과 함께 수행되는, 리프트 게이트 조립체.
