Abstract
Description
도 2는 6주 초산균을 30℃에서 12일 동안 배양하면서 3일 간격으로 알코올 소비능을 계산한 결과이다.
도 3은 6주 초산균 배양액으로부터 얻은 상등액의 ACE 저해 결과이다.
