Claims (7)
- 증발 배관과, 상기 증발 배관을 지지하는 프레임과, 상기 증발 배관이 관통하는 다수의 열교환 핀을 포함하는 증발기;
상기 증발기의 저면에 장착되는 제상 히터;
상기 증발기의 하측에 배치되어, 상기 증발기 표면에서 낙하하는 물 또는 얼음을 포집하는 제상수 받이; 및
상기 제상수 받이의 내면 일부분에 형성되는 표면처리부를 포함하되,
상기 제상 히터는,
리드 와이어,
상기 리드 와이어의 단부에 연결되는 일단을 포함하며, 비발열 구간을 형성하는 콜드핀,
상기 콜드핀의 타단에 연결되는 발열선, 및
상기 콜드핀 및 상기 발열선을 내부에 수용하는 히팅 파이프를 포함하되,
상기 콜드핀은,
상기 프레임의 외주면에 밀착되는 수직부, 및
상기 수직부의 하단으로부터 절곡되며, 상기 증발기의 저면을 따라 연장되는 수평부를 포함하며,
상기 표면 처리부는 상기 콜드핀의 하측 영역에 해당하는 상기 제상수 받이의 내면에 형성되는 증발기 유닛. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 표면 처리부는, 흑색 도료를 포함하는 도장 처리부와, 열흡수 패드, 및 애노다이징 처리부 중 어느 하나 또는 적어도 둘 이상의 조합을 포함하는 증발기 유닛. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 흑색 도료는,
폴리에스테르 수지 40%, 에폭시 수지 30%, 바륨 충진제 20%, 및 펠드스파 충진제 10%를 포함하는 증발기 유닛. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 도장 처리부는 40 ~ 60㎛의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 증발기 유닛. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 도장 처리부는 50㎛의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 증발기 유닛. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 표면 처리부는 상기 수평부의 하측 영역에 해당하는 상기 제상수 받이의 내면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 증발기 유닛. - 음식물 저장을 위한 저장실과, 냉기 생성을 위한 증발실이 구비되는 캐비닛;
상기 캐비닛에 결합되어 상기 저장실을 개폐하는 도어; 및
상기 증발실에 수용되는 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한항에 기재된 증발기 유닛을 포함하는 냉장고.
