Claims (8)
- 폴리에틸렌 수지 성분 및 첨가 성분을 포함하는 혼합 조성물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 혼합 조성물을 종량제 봉투 제조용 필름 원단의 형태로 성형하는 압출성형을 수행하는 단계;
압출성형된 필름의 일면 상에 인쇄 패턴을 인쇄하는 단계; 및
인쇄된 필름을 일측이 개방된 사각의 형태를 갖는 종량제 봉투의 형상으로 제작하기 위한 융착 및 절단을 수행하는 단계; 를 포함하고,
상기 폴리에틸렌 수지 성분은 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(High density polyethylene, HDPE) 및 재생 원료를 포함하고,
상기 재생 원료는, 재생 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE) 및 재생 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE)은 1 : 6.5~7.5의 중량비로 배합된 혼합물이고,
상기 혼합 조성물 총 중량에 대하여, 상기 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(High density polyethylene, HDPE)은 30 내지 40 중량%으로 포함되고, 상기 재생 원료는 50 내지 65 중량%로 포함되고, 잔량으로 상기 첨가 성분을 포함하고,
상기 첨가 성분은 식물성 섬유 및 유무기 입자를 1 : 1~1.5의 중량비로 배합한 혼합물인 내구성 보강재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하고,

상기 압출 성형은, 열분해 용융 압출장치에 상기 혼합 조성물을 투입하여 겔 상태로 용융시킨 후 공기가 공급되는 블로워를 통과시키면서 냉각시키고 원통형 필름을 연속적으로 압출시켜 원단을 제조하는 것인, 친환경 종량제 봉투 제조방법. - 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 및 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 친환경 종량제 봉투 제조방법에 의하여 제조된 친환경 종량제 봉투.
