Claims (7)
- 미생물을 포함하는 검체가 미생물을 통과시키지 않는 공경(孔徑)을 가지는 여과막으로 지나가게 하고, 상기 검체 중의 미생물을 여과막 상에 포착하고, 미생물을 포착한 여과막으로 미생물의 막을 파괴할 수 있는 미생물 파괴 시약인 계면활성제와 알카리성 용액의 혼합물을 지나가게 함으로써 포착된 미생물을 여과막 상에서 파괴하고, 여과액 중에 항원을 회수하고, 여과액 중에 회수한 미생물의 항원을 면역학적 측정법으로 측정하는 것을 포함하며, 상기 미생물이 메티실린 내성 황색포도상구균인, 미생물의 검출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
알카리성 용액의 pH가 11 이상인, 미생물의 검출 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
알카리성 용액이 수산화 나트륨 용액인, 미생물의 검출 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
면역학적 측정법이 면역크로마토그래피(immunochromatography)인, 미생물의 검출 방법. - 삭제
