Description
도 2는 본 발명의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 전기자동차용 구리 커넥터 실물사진이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 제조방법 중 발명의 제조방법 중 실시예 1, 2의 용매 탈지된 성형체를 2차 가열탈지공정에서의 승온과정, 유지시간을 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 4는 발명의 제조방법 중 실시예 1, 2의 2차 가열탈지공정후, 소결공정에서의 승온과정, 유지시간을 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (5)
- 구리분말 및 바인더를 혼합하여 사출성형용 원료인 피드스탁(feedstock)을 제조하는 단계;
상기 구리분말은 입도크기 D50이 8~12㎛인 구형 분말이며, 구리분말의 내부 및 표면에 구리와 반응하여 생성된 산화물에서의 산소의 농도가 구리분말 전체에서 1,000ppm 이하이며,
상기 바인더는 POM(폴리아세탈) 60∼75중량부, 카나우바 왁스나 파라핀 왁스를 포함하는 군에서 하나 이상 선택된 왁스 10∼25중량부, 폴리카보네이트 (polycarbonate; PC), 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene; PP), 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene; PE)을 포함하는 군에서 하나 이상 선택되는 폴리머 5∼15중량부로 구성되고,
상기 제조된 피드스탁을 사출성형기를 이용하여 커넥터 부품 형상의 금형 내로 사출함으로써 성형체를 성형하는 단계;
상기 제조된 성형체의 바인더를 70∼90℃로 유지된 수조 내에 제품을 적치하고 용제를 공급하여 36시간 이상 탈지하는 용매 탈지하는 단계;
상기 용매 탈지된 성형체를 열풍 탈지로에서 수소 분위기 하에 상온부터 830℃까지 단계별로 서서히 승온하여 열풍탈지로 바인더를 제거하는 2차 가열 탈지하는 단계;
상기 2차 가열 탈지된 성형체를 소결하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말 사출성형을 이용한 전기자동차용 구리 커넥터의 제조방법.

상기 2차 탈지공정후, 수소분위기 하에서 1000℃~1100℃까지 가열하고 2시간 이상 유지후 냉각하는 소결공정이 추가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속분말 사출성형을 이용한 전기자동차용 구리 커넥터의 제조방법.
