Description
도 2는 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 이차 전지의 케이스를 도시한 사시도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 이차 전지의 제1 전극 구조체와 제2 전극 구조체가 펼쳐진 상태를 도시한 사시도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 이차 전지의 제1 전극 구조체와 제2 전극 구조체가 접힌 상태를 도시한 사시도이다.
도 5a 및 도 5b는 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 이차 전지의 전극 어셈블리에 리테이너가 설치되는 과정을 설명하기 위해 도시한 사시도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 이차 전지의 케이스 바닥부에 양극 탭이 고정되는 과정을 설명하기 위해 도시한 도면이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 이차 전지를 도시한 단면도이다.

Claims (10)
- 바닥부와 상기 바닥부의 가장자리로부터 연장된 둘레부를 포함하는 도전성 케이스;
양극 및 음극 포함하고 상기 케이스의 내부 공간에 수용된 전극 어셈블리;
상기 바닥부와 대향 배치되어 상기 케이스와 전기적으로 연결된 캡 플레이트;
상기 캡 플레이트에 고정되고 상기 캡 플레이트와 전기적으로 연결된 양극 단자; 및
상기 캡 플레이트에 고정되고 상기 캡 플레이트와 전기적으로 절연된 음극 단자;
상기 양극으로부터 연장되고 상기 바닥부에 전기적으로 연결되는 양극 탭;
상기 음극으로부터 연장되고 상기 양극 탭과 대향 배치되어 상기 음극 단자에 전기적으로 연결되는 음극 탭; 및
상기 바닥부의 내측면과 상기 전극 어셈블리 사이에 배치되어 상기 양극 탭을 상기 바닥부의 내측면에 밀착시키는 리테이너
를 포함하고,
상기 캡 플레이트의 길이가 상기 둘레부의 높이보다 작고,
상기 양극 탭은 상기 리테이너의 돌출부를 감싸도록 접힌, 이차 전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바닥부와 상기 양극 탭은 용접 결합되고, 상기 바닥의 외측면에 용접부가 있는, 이차 전지. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 바닥부와 상기 둘레부가 일체이며 딥 드로잉으로 형성된, 이차 전지. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 둘레부가 압출 성형되고, 상기 바닥부가 상기 둘레부에 용접 결합된, 이차 전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극 어셈블리가 제1 전극 구조체와 제2 전극 구조체를 포함하는, 이차 전지. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제1 전극 구조체의 제1 양극 탭과 상기 제2 전극 구조체의 제2 양극 탭이 이웃하여 서로 연결되고, 상기 제1 전극 구조체의 제1 음극 탭과 상기 제2 전극 구조체의 제2 음극 탭이 이웃하여 서로 연결된, 이차 전지. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 캡 플레이트는 핀에 의해 봉인되는 전해액 주입구를 포함하고, 상기 전해액 주입구는 상기 양극 단자에 의해 커버된, 이차 전지. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 양극 단자는 상기 캡 플레이트에 제공된 슬릿에 끼움 결합되는 후크를 포함하는 이차 전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이차 전지는 각형인, 이차 전지.
