Claims (11)
- 금속 부품(2)의 부분 열처리를 위한 템퍼링 스테이션(1)으로,
상기 템퍼링 스테이션(1) 내에 위치하며 상기 부품(2)이 위치할 수 있는 처리 평면(3)과, 상기 처리 평면(3)을 지향하며 상기 부품(2)의 적어도 제1 부분 영역(6)을 냉각시키는 유체 흐름(5)을 배출하도록 구비 및 구성되는 적어도 하나의 노즐(4)을 구비하며, 상기 적어도 하나의 노즐(4)이 접선 노즐(13)이고, 상기 적어도 하나의 노즐(4)의 노즐 배출구(9)가, 상기 부품(2)의 제2 부분 영역(7) 방향의 유체 펄스가 상기 노즐 배출구(9)에서 차단되도록 설계되는 템퍼링 스테이션. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 노즐(4)의 노즐 구조(8)가, 상기 부품(2)의 제2 부분 영역(7) 방향으로 흐르는 상기 유체 흐름(5)의 적어도 하나의 요소가 상기 제1 부분 영역(6)을 향해 편향되도록 설계되는 템퍼링 스테이션. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 노즐(4)의 상기 노즐 구조(8)가, 상기 유체 흐름(5)의 적어도 하나의 요소가 먼저 상기 부품(2)의 상기 제2 부분 영역(7)을 향하는 일방향으로 상기 노즐(4)을 통해 흐른 다음, 상기 제1 부분 영역(6)을 향해 편향되도록 하는 방식으로 설계되는 템퍼링 스테이션. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 노즐(4)의 상기 노즐 구조(8)가, 상기 유체 흐름(5)이 상기 부품(2)의 상기 제2 부분 영역(7)을 향하는 일방향으로 상기 노즐(4)을 통해서 흐른 다음, 상기 제1 부분 영역(6)을 향해 편향되도록 설계되는 템퍼링 스테이션. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 노즐(4)이, 상기 부품(2)의 상기 제1 부분 영역(6)을 제2 영역(7)으로부터 분리하는 구획벽(11)을 향해 및/또는 적어도 부분적으로 그 밑까지 연장되는 편향 영역(10)을 가지는 템퍼링 스테이션. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 노즐(4)이, 상기 유체 흐름(5)이 상기 처리 평면(3)을 지향하는 측 및/또는 상기 부품(2)의 상기 제2 부분 영역(7)을 지향하는 상기 노즐(4)의 영역에 부압 영역(12)을 생성하도록 설계되는 템퍼링 스테이션. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 처리 평면(3)과 상기 적어도 하나의 노즐(4) 사이의 거리가, 상기 적어도 하나의 노즐(4)이 상기 부품(2)과 접촉하지 않도록 조정 가능한 템퍼링 스테이션. - 금속 부품(2)의 열처리를 위한 장치(14)로, 적어도:
- 가열 가능한 제1 로(15)와,
- 상기 제1 로(15) 하류의 템퍼링 스테이션(1)으로, 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 하나에 따라 설계되는 템퍼링 스테이션을 구비하는,
금속 부품의 열처리 장치. - 제 8항에 있어서, 적어도:
- 상기 템퍼링 스테이션(1) 하류의 가열 가능한 제2 로(16)와, 및
- 상기 템퍼링 스테이션(1) 및 상기 제2 로(16) 하류의 프레스 경화 툴(17)을
더 구비하는 금속 부품의 열처리 장치.
