Claims (22)
- ABO3(A는 Ba, Sr 및 Ca 중 적어도 하나이고 B는 Ti, Zr 및 Hf 중 적어도 하나임)로 표시되는 모재 및 희토류 원소를 포함하는 도핑 물질을 포함하는 반도성 또는 도전성의 코어 영역; 및
상기 코어 영역을 둘러싸는 절연성의 쉘 영역을 포함하고,
상기 쉘 영역은, Ba, Sr 및 Nb 중 상기 모재와 다른 적어도 하나의 원소를 포함하는 유전체 파우더.
- 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 모재는 BaTiO3이고, 상기 쉘 영역은 Sr 및 Nb 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 유전체 파우더.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 도핑 물질은 Dy, Ho, Sm, La, Gd, Er 및 Y 중 적어도 하나인 유전체 파우더.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 도핑 물질은 상기 코어 영역 내에 상기 코어 영역의 전체 100몰 대비 1 mol 내지 10 mol의 함량으로 도핑된 유전체 파우더.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 쉘 영역은,
Si, Ba 및 Al 중 적어도 하나의 제2 부성분;
Na, Li, K 및 B 중 적어도 하나의 제3 부성분; 및
Zr, Mg, Mn 및 V 중 적어도 하나의 제4 부성분을 포함하는 유전체 파우더.
- 유전층 및 상기 유전층을 사이에 두고 서로 대향하도록 배치되는 내부 전극들을 포함하는 바디부; 및
상기 바디부의 외측에 배치되며 상기 내부 전극들과 전기적으로 연결되는 외부 전극을 포함하며,
상기 유전층은, ABO3(A는 Ba, Sr 및 Ca 중 적어도 하나이고 B는 Ti, Zr 및 Hf 중 적어도 하나임)로 표시되는 모재 및 희토류 원소를 포함하는 도핑 물질을 포함하는 반도성 또는 도전성의 결정립(grain) 코어 영역 및 상기 결정립 코어 영역을 둘러싸는 절연성의 결정립 쉘 영역을 포함하고,
상기 결정립 쉘 영역은, Ba, Sr 및 Nb 중 상기 모재와 다른 적어도 하나의 원소를 포함하는 적층형 세라믹 전자부품.

상기 모재는 BaTiO3이고, 상기 결정립 쉘 영역은 Sr 및 Nb 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 적층형 세라믹 전자부품.
- 제7 항에 있어서,
상기 모재는 SrTiO3이고, 상기 결정립 쉘 영역은 Ba 및 Nb 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 적층형 세라믹 전자부품.
- 제7 항에 있어서,
상기 결정립 코어 영역의 평균 크기는 50 nm 내지 500 nm인 적층형 세라믹 전자부품.
- 제7 항에 있어서,
상기 도핑 물질은 Dy, Ho, Sm, La, Gd, Er 및 Y 중 적어도 하나인 적층형 세라믹 전자부품.
- 제7 항에 있어서,
상기 도핑 물질은 상기 결정립 코어 영역에 상기 결정립 코어 영역의 전체 100몰 대비 1 mol 내지 10 mol의 함량으로 포함되는 적층형 세라믹 전자부품.
- 제7 항에 있어서,
상기 결정립 쉘 영역도 상기 도핑 물질을 포함하며,
상기 도핑 물질의 농도는 상기 결정립 코어 영역에서보다 상기 결정립 쉘 영역에서 낮은 적층형 세라믹 전자부품.
- 제14 항에 있어서,
상기 도핑 물질은 상기 결정립 쉘 영역에 0.5 mol%보다 낮은 함량으로 포함되는 적층형 세라믹 전자부품.
- 제7 항에 있어서,
상기 결정립 쉘 영역은,
Si, Ba 및 Al 중 적어도 하나의 제2 부성분;
Na, Li, K 및 B 중 적어도 하나의 제3 부성분; 및
Zr, Mg, Mn 및 V 중 적어도 하나의 제4 부성분을 포함하는 적층형 세라믹 전자부품.
- ABO3(A는 Ba, Sr 및 Ca 중 적어도 하나이고 B는 Ti, Zr 및 Hf 중 적어도 하나임)로 표시되는 모재 및 희토류 원소를 포함하는 도핑 물질을 포함하는 반도성 또는 도전성의 코어 영역; 및
상기 코어 영역을 둘러싸는 절연성의 쉘 영역을 포함하고,
Ba, Sr 및 Nb 중 상기 모재와 상이한 적어도 1개의 원소를 포함하는 최외각층을 더 포함하는 유전체 파우더.
- 제17항에 있어서,
상기 쉘 영역은, Ba, Sr 및 Nb 중 상기 모재와 다른 적어도 하나의 원소를 포함하는 유전체 파우더.
- 제17 항에 있어서,
상기 모재는 BaTiO3이고, 상기 쉘 영역은 Sr 및 Nb 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 유전체 파우더.
- 제17항에 있어서,
상기 도핑 물질은 Dy, Ho, Sm, La, Gd, Er 및 Y 중 적어도 하나인 유전체 파우더.
- 제17항에 있어서,
상기 도핑 물질은 상기 코어 영역 내에 상기 코어 영역의 전체 100몰 대비 1 mol 내지 10 mol의 함량으로 도핑된 유전체 파우더.

상기 쉘 영역은,
