Description
Claims (16)
- 샘플에서 p53에 대한 항체 (항-p53 항체)를 검출하기 위한 시험관내 (in vitro) 방법으로서,
a) 분석하려는 샘플을 p53 포획 항원 및 p53 검출 항원과 인큐베이션시켜, p53 포획 항원, 항-p53 항체 및 p53 검출 항원을 포함하는 복합체를 형성시키는 단계,
b) (a)에서 형성된 복합체를 미결합된 검출 항원으로부터 분리시키는 단계,
c) 단계 (b)에서 수득된 복합체를 그에 포함된 검출 항원을 통해 측정하여, 샘플에 포함된 항-p53 항체를 검출하는 단계
를 포함하는, 시험관내 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, p53 포획 항원이 고체상 (solid phase) 에 결합할 수 있는, 시험관내 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, p53 포획 항원이 결합쌍의 제1 파트너에 공유결합적으로 결합하고 상기 결합쌍의 제2 파트너가 고체상에 결합되는, 시험관내 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 결합쌍의 제1 파트너가 합텐, 바이오틴 또는 바이오틴 유사체 예컨대 아미노바이오틴, 이미노바이오틴 또는 데스티오바이오틴, DsF 및 수용체에 대한 리간드로부터 선택되고, 상기 결합쌍의 제2 파트너가 항-합텐 항체, 아비딘 또는 스트렙타비딘, FimG DsF, 및 리간드-수용체로부터 선택되는, 시험관내 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, p53 포획 항원이 바이오틴화 (biotinylated) 되고, 고체상이 아비딘 또는 스트렙타비딘으로 코팅되는, 시험관내 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, p53 포획 항원이 고체상에 결합되는, 시험관내 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, p53 검출 항원이 직접적으로 검출가능한 표지를 포함하는, 시험관내 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 직접적으로 검출가능한 표지가 발광 표지, 형광 표지, 화학발광 (chemiluminescent) 표지 또는 전기화학발광 (electrochemiluminescent) 표지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 시험관내 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 직접적으로 검출가능한 표지가 화학발광 또는 전기화학발광 표지인, 시험관내 방법.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, p53 검출 항원이 서열번호 1 및 서열번호 2의 펩티드 모두를 적어도 2회 포함하는, 시험관내 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 검출 항원이 적어도 하나의 다량체화 도메인, 적어도 하나의 서열번호 1의 폴리펩티드 및 적어도 하나의 서열번호 2의 폴리펩티드를 포함하는 융합 폴리펩티드를 포함하고, 다량체화 도메인이 FkpA, Skp, SecB, Hsp25, MIP, GroEL, ClpB 및 ClpX로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 원핵생물 또는 진핵생물 샤페론 (chaperone) 인, 시험관내 방법.
