Abstract
이 개시된 연성 시멘트 콘크리트는 변성 고분자와; 시멘트 분체와; 굵은 골재; 및 잔골재를 포함하고, 변성 고분자는 비스페놀 A형 에폭시 수지와; 실란 커플링제와; 카르복실 말단 부타디엔 공중합성체와; 불포화 지방산; 및 아크릴 공중합성체로부터 합성된다.
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 FTIR(Fourie Transform Infra-Red) 시험에 의한 변성 에폭시 수지의 변성 전후의 특성을 나타낸 그래프.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 일액형 수용성 변성 에폭시-아크릴 공중합성 수지 조성물을 함유한 무기질 시멘트 혼합물의 연성 특성 시험에 사용되는 DHR (Dynamic High Shear Rheometer) 시험기기 및 시편를 나타낸 사진.
도 4는 본 발명의 비교예 및 실시예들에 따른 시멘트 콘크리트 시편의 연성거동을 응력-변위 관계로 나타낸 그래프.
도 5는 본 발명의 비교예 및 실시예들에 따른 시멘트 콘크리트 시편의 연성거동을 반복 응력-변위 관계로 나타낸 그래프.

- 변성 고분자;
시멘트 분체;
굵은 골재; 및
잔골재를 포함하고,
상기 변성 고분자는,
상기 변성 고분자 100 중량부 기준으로
비스페놀 A형 에폭시 수지 3 내지 10 중량부;
카르복실 말단 부타디엔 공중합성체 1 내지 5 중량부;
실란 커플링제 1.0 내지 2.5 중량부;
불포화 지방산 3 내지 10 중량부;
아크릴 공중합성체 5 내지 10 중량부; 및
이온교환수 80 내지 90 중량부를 포함하는 복합체 원료로부터 합성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연성 시멘트 콘크리트. - 변성 고분자와;
시멘트 분체와;
굵은 골재; 및
잔골재를 포함하고,
상기 변성 고분자는,
비스페놀 A형 에폭시 수지와;
실란 커플링제와;
카르복실 말단 부타디엔 공중합성체와;
불포화 지방산; 및
아크릴 공중합성체로부터 합성되는 것으로,
하기 화학식 1의 화합물로 표기되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연성 시멘트 콘크리트.

여기서, R, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5는 수소 또는 C1-C4의 알킬기이고, n은 0 내지 30의 정수이며, 산소 원자 O와 산소원자 O 사이의 '~~~'n개로 표시되는 수개의 지방산이 결합되어 있음을 의미하며 Y와 Si 사이의 '~~~'은 에폭시 그룹이 결합되어 있음을 나타낸다. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
시멘트 콘크리트 혼합물 100 중량부를 기준으로
상기 변성 고분자 3 ~ 10중량부와;
시멘트 분체 10 ~ 25중량부와;
굵은 골재 30 ~ 40중량부; 및
잔골재 30 ~ 45중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연성 시멘트 콘크리트.
