Claims (13)
- 적층체로서,
열가소성 수지제의 스트랜드(strand)로 이루어진 복수의 천 형상체를 적층해서 이루어진 천 적층체(cloth layered sheet)의 한쪽 면에, 변성 폴리올레핀층, 공중합 폴리아마이드층 및 열가소성 폴리우레탄계 수지층을 차례로 적층해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체. - 적층체로서,
열가소성 수지제의 스트랜드로 이루어진 복수의 천 형상체를 적층해서 이루어진 천 적층체의 한쪽 면에, 변성 폴리올레핀층, 공중합 폴리아마이드층 및 폴리아마이드계 수지층을 차례로 적층해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 천 적층체의 다른 쪽 면에, 변성 폴리올레핀층, 공중합 폴리아마이드층 및 열가소성 폴리우레탄계 수지층 또는 폴리아마이드계 수지층을 차례로 적층해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 변성 폴리올레핀층이, 산변성된 변성 폴리프로필렌 또는 산변성된 변성 폴리에틸렌으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 변성 폴리올레핀층 및 상기 공중합 폴리아마이드층이 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 적층체의 제조 방법으로서,
열가소성 수지제의 스트랜드로 이루어진 복수의 천 형상체를 적층한 후에 열압착시켜 형성된 천 적층체를 준비하는 단계;
상기 천 적층체의 한 면 또는 양면에 변성 폴리올레핀층을 적층하는 단계;
상기 변성 폴리올레핀층의 상부면에 공중합 폴리아마이드층을 적층하는 단계; 및
다음에, 상기 공중합 폴리아마이드층의 표면에, 열가소성 폴리우레탄계 수지층 또는 폴리아마이드계 수지층을 적층하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체의 제조 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 변성 폴리올레핀층 및 상기 공중합 폴리아마이드층이 필름이고,
금형에 상기 천 적층체를 배치하고,
상기 천 적층체의 한 면 또는 양면에 상기 변성 폴리올레핀층을 배치하고,
상기 변성 폴리올레핀층의 상부면에 상기 공중합 폴리아마이드층을 배치하고,
상기 공중합 폴리아마이드층의 상부면 쪽에서부터 상기 금형 내에, 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄계 수지층을 형성하는 수지 또는 상기 폴리아마이드계 수지층을 형성하는 수지를 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체의 제조 방법. - 적층체의 제조 방법으로서,
열가소성 수지제의 스트랜드로 이루어진 복수의 천 형상체를 적층해서 이루어진 천 적층체, 또는 열가소성 수지제의 스트랜드로 이루어진 복수의 천 형상체의 한 면 또는 양 면에 변성 폴리올레핀층, 공중합 폴리아마이드층을 차례로 적층해서 이루어진 적층체 전구체를 준비하는 단계;
금형에 상기 적층체 전구체를 배치하는 단계; 및
상기 적층체 전구체의 상기 공중합 폴리아마이드층의 상부면 쪽에서부터 상기 금형 내에, 열가소성 폴리우레탄계 수지층을 형성하는 수지 또는 폴리아마이드계 수지층을 형성하는 수지를 주입하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체의 제조 방법. - 삭제
