Claims (19)
- 강화 섬유로 형성되는 강화 섬유 기재의 외면에 수지 분말을 부착시키고, 상기 수지 분말이 부착된 강화 섬유 기재를 가압하지 않고 가열하여, 상기 강화 섬유 기재의 외면에, 상기 수지 분말이 용융 및 융착되어 있는 상태임과 아울러, 상기 수지 분말이 용융된 표면에 상기 수지 분말의 형상, 크기 또는 부착 상태로부터 유래되는 요철 형상을 갖고, 개구된 공극을 갖도록 상기 수지 분말을 용융시켜 형성되는 섬유 강화 수지 중간재이고,
상기 섬유 강화 수지 중간재는, 상기 요철 형상의 선단이 상이한 높이로 돌출되어 있는, 섬유 강화 수지 중간재. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 강화 섬유 기재에 부착되는 상기 수지 분말은 1~500㎛의 평균 입자지름을 갖는 섬유 강화 수지 중간재. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 강화 섬유 기재에 상기 수지 분말이 용융된 요철 형상의 선단의 상이한 높이는 상기 수지 분말의 평균 입자지름의 1/2 이상인, 섬유 강화 수지 중간재. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 강화 섬유 기재에 대해서는 상기 강화 섬유가 탄소 섬유로 이루어지고, 섬유 단위면적당 중량이 20~1,000g/㎡인 섬유 강화 수지 중간재. - 탄소 섬유로 형성되는 강화 섬유 기재의 외면에 수지 분말을 부착시키고, 상기 수지 분말이 부착된 강화 섬유 기재를 가압하지 않고 가열하여, 상기 강화 섬유 기재의 외면에, 상기 수지 분말이 용융 및 융착되어 있는 상태임과 아울러, 상기 수지 분말이 용융된 표면에 상기 수지 분말의 형상, 크기 또는 부착 상태로부터 유래되는 요철 형상을 갖고, 개구된 공극을 갖도록 상기 수지 분말을 용융시켜 형성되는 섬유 강화 수지 중간재로서,
상기 섬유 강화 수지 중간재는, 상기 요철 형상의 선단이 상이한 높이로 돌출되어 있고,
상기 섬유 강화 수지 중간재의 최소 곡률 반경은 그 두께의 20배 이내이고,
상기 최소 곡률 반경은 실온에서 상기 섬유 강화 수지 중간재를 구부렸을 때에 파단/파손시의 곡률 반경인, 섬유 강화 수지 중간재. - 강화 섬유로 형성되는 강화 섬유 기재의 외면에 수지 분말을 부착시키고, 상기 수지 분말이 부착된 강화 섬유 기재를 가압하지 않고 가열하여, 상기 강화 섬유 기재의 외면에, 상기 수지 분말이 용융 및 융착되어 있는 상태임과 아울러, 상기 수지 분말이 용융된 표면에 상기 수지 분말의 형상, 크기 또는 부착 상태로부터 유래되는 요철 형상을 갖고, 상기 수지 분말을 용융시켜 형성되는 섬유 강화 수지 중간재로서,
상기 섬유 강화 수지 중간재는, 상기 요철 형상의 선단이 상이한 높이로 돌출되어 있고,
상기 강화 섬유 기재의 외면에의 용융은 용융된 수지 분말이 외면에 잔류하여 용융된 상태를 의미하는 섬유 강화 수지 중간재. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 분말의 부착은 정전 부착인 섬유 강화 수지 중간재. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 분말은 상기 강화 섬유의 외경의 1/5~30배의 입자지름을 갖는 섬유 강화 수지 중간재. - 제 1 항에 기재된 섬유 강화 수지 중간재를 적층시키고, 가열 및 가압하여 성형되는 섬유 강화 수지 성형체.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 섬유 체적 함유율은 15~70%이고, 보이드율은 1.5% 이하인 섬유 강화 수지 성형체. - 제 1 항, 제 5 항 및 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 섬유 강화 수지 중간재의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 강화 섬유 기재를 형성하는 강화 섬유의 외경 및 상기 강화 섬유 기재의 부피 밀도에 의거해서, 상기 강화 섬유 기재의 섬유 체적 함유율이 소정의 값이 되도록 소정의 평균 입자지름을 갖는 수지 분말을 상기 강화 섬유 기재에 부착시켜 섬유 강화 수지 중간재를 성형하는 제조 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 분말의 부착은 정전 부착인 섬유 강화 수지 중간재. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 분말은 상기 강화 섬유의 외경의 1/5~30배의 입자지름을 갖는 섬유 강화 수지 중간재. - 제 5 항에 기재된 섬유 강화 수지 중간재를 적층시키고, 가열 및 가압하여 성형되는 섬유 강화 수지 성형체.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 섬유 체적 함유율은 15~70%이고, 보이드율은 1.5% 이하인 섬유 강화 수지 성형체. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
