Description
도 2a는 실시예 2에서 제조한 불소계 수지의 다공성 막의 표면에서의 피브릴을 주사전자현미경으로 관찰한 사진이고, 도 2b는 상기 다공성 막 내부의 피브릴을 주사전자현미경으로 관찰한 사진이다.
도 3은 시험예 1에서 불소계 수지 다공성 막의 표면과 내부에서의 피브릴 두께비 변화에 따른 고온 수축률 변화를 평가한 결과이다.
도 4는 시험예 2에서 불소계 수지 다공성 막의 표면과 내부에서의 피브릴 두께비 변화에 따른 횡 방향(TD) 인장강도의 변화를 평가한 결과이다.

Claims (12)
- 복수 개의 불소계 수지 피브릴을 포함하는 불소계 수지 다공성 막으로서,
상기 불소계 수지 다공성 막의 내부 영역에서의 피브릴의 평균 굵기에 대한, 표면 영역에 존재하는 피브릴의 평균 굵기의 비가 1.8 내지 3이고,
상기 표면 영역은, 상기 불소계 수지 다공성 막의 표면으로부터 막 전체 두께의 10% 이내의 영역이고, 상기 내부 영역은 상기 표면 영역을 제외한 영역인,
불소계 수지 다공성 막.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 막 표면 영역에서의 피브릴의 평균 굵기가 50 내지 140nm이고,
상기 막 내부 영역에서의 피브릴의 평균 굵기가 40 내지 70nm인, 불소계 수지 다공성 막.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 내부 영역은, 불소계 수지 다공성 막의 어느 일면으로부터 막 전체 두께의 10% 초과 90% 미만의 영역에 해당하는, 불소계 수지 다공성 막.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 다공성 막 내 포함되는 기공의 평균 기공 직경이 0.1 내지 0.25㎛이고, 최대 기공 직경이 0.3 내지 0.45㎛인, 불소계 수지 다공성 막.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 불소계 수지 다공성 막의 기공도가 70 내지 90%인, 불소계 수지 다공성 막.

상기 불소계 수지는, JIS K6892를 이용하여 측정한 표준 비중이 2.14 내지 2.22인 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌을 포함하는, 불소계 수지 다공성 막.
- 불소계 수지와 윤활제를 혼합하여 제조한 불소계 수지 조성물을 시트상으로 압출하여 불소계 수지 시트를 제조하는 단계;
상기 불소계 수지 시트를 200 내지 340℃의 온도에서 1 내지 12배 종 방향 연신하는 단계; 및
상기 종 방향 연신된 시트를 200 내지 320℃에서 5 내지 25배 횡 방향 연신한 후, 370 내지 390℃의 온도에서 5초 내지 60분간 열고정하는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항의 불소계 수지 다공성 막의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 불소계 수지 시트의 제조는, JIS K6892를 이용하여 측정한 표준 비중이 2.14 내지 2.22인 불소계 수지 및 윤활제를 혼합하여 제조한 불소계 수지 조성물을 가압하여 예비 성형체를 형성하고, 상기 예비 성형체를 다이를 이용하여 시트상으로 압출한 후 압연하고, 120 내지 200℃에서 열처리함으로써 수행되는, 불소계 수지 다공성 막의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 불소계 수지 다공성 막을 포함하는 필터.
