Claims (24)
- 침지 튜브 조립체 패키징 시스템이며,
복수의 침지 튜브 조립체로서, 각각의 침지 튜브 조립체는 튜브와 상기 튜브에 부착된 결합기를 포함하고, 상기 결합기는 튜브보다 더 넓은, 복수의 침지 튜브 조립체와;
중합체 재료의 적어도 하나의 가요성 시트를 포함하는 패키지로서, 패키지는 밀봉 모서리들과 상기 밀봉 모서리들 사이에서 연장하는 밀봉 단부를 형성하는, 패키지를 포함하며,
상기 패키지는,
복수의 분리된 내부 공동을 형성하는 복수의 밀봉부로서, 각각의 공동은 억지 끼움 맞춤 배열로 침지 튜브 조립체의 튜브를 수용하도록 구성되고, 각각의 공동은 폐쇄 단부와 상기 폐쇄 단부에 대향하는 개방 단부를 가지며, 각각의 침지 튜브 조립체의 튜브는 개별 공동의 개방 단부를 통해 수용되어 개별 공동에 억지 끼움 맞춤 배열로 배치되는, 복수의 밀봉부와,
밀봉 단부에 대향하는 패키지의 단부에 형성된 적어도 하나의 포켓으로서, 복수의 분리된 내부 공동 각각의 개방 단부는 포켓 내로 개방되고, 침지 튜브 조립체의 결합기는 포켓 내에 상호 이격 배열로 배치되는, 적어도 하나의 포켓을 추가로 포함하고,
밀봉 모서리는 포켓 아래에서 포켓 보다 두껍게 형성되어 견부를 형성하고,
패키지는 침지 튜브 조립체들을 상호 접촉 없이 유지하는,
침지 튜브 조립체 패키징 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 패키지는 패키지를 2개의 구획으로 분할하는 구획 분할기를 추가로 형성하고, 적어도 하나의 포켓은 복수의 포켓을 포함하며, 각각의 구획은 복수의 분리된 내부 공동을 포함하고 각각의 구획은 복수의 포켓들 중 개별 포켓을 포함하며, 침지 튜브 조립체들의 제1 그룹의 튜브는 제1 구획의 공동 내에 배치되고, 침지 튜브 조립체들의 제2 그룹의 튜브는 제2 구획의 공동 내에 배치되는, 침지 튜브 조립체 패키징 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제2 구획으로부터 제1 구획을 밀봉하고 패키지의 외부로부터 제1 및 제2 구획을 밀봉하기 위해, 패키지를 가로질러 연장하는 밀봉부를 추가로 포함하는, 침지 튜브 조립체 패키징 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 패키지의 일 측면 상에 배치된 파열 노치를 추가로 포함하며, 파열 노치는, 제1 구획을 개방하여 제2 구획이 밀봉 유지되는 동안 제1 구획으로부터 침지 튜브 조립체의 제거가 가능하도록 패키지의 측면으로부터 구획 분할기까지 제1 구획을 가로질러 파열 스트립을 생성하도록 구성되는, 침지 튜브 조립체 패키징 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 파열 노치는 제1 파열 스트립을 생성하도록 구성된 패키지의 제1 측면 상의 제1 파열 노치이고, 패키지는 제1 측면에 대향하는 패키지의 제2 측면 상에 배치된 제2 파열 노치를 추가로 포함하며, 제2 파열 노치는, 제2 구획을 개방하여 제2 구획으로부터 침지 튜브 조립체의 제거가 가능하도록 패키지의 제2 측면으로부터 구획 분할기까지 제2 구획을 가로질러 제2 파열 스트립을 생성하도록 구성되는, 침지 튜브 조립체 패키징 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 패키지는 각각의 침지 튜브 조립체보다 적어도 2배로 긴, 침지 튜브 조립체 패키징 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 패키지는 중합체 재료의 단일 시트로 형성된 단일편이고, 복수의 분리된 내부 공동은 패키지의 길이를 따라 연장하는 적어도 하나의 밀봉부에 의해 형성되는, 침지 튜브 조립체 패키징 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 패키지는 모서리들 및 단부를 따라 함께 밀봉된 중합체 재료의 2개의 시트를 포함하는, 침지 튜브 조립체 패키징 시스템.
