Claims (16)
- 음이온성 친지질성의 분지된 환형 글리세롤-기반 폴리머를 포함하는 유효량의 조성물을 펄프 또는 제지 시스템에 첨가하는 것을 포함하여, 제지 공정에서 유기 오염물의 증착을 감소시키는 방법으로서, 조성물이 유기 오염물과 선택적으로 결합하여 복합물을 형성하고 복합물은 제지 공정에서 안정한 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 글리세롤-기반 폴리머가, 포스페이트, 포스포네이트, 카르복실레이트, 설포네이트 및 이의 임의의 조합물로 구성된 목록으로부터 선택되는 음이온성 기에 의해 변형(modification)되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 글리세롤-기반 폴리머가 음이온성의 지질친수성(lipohydrophilic) 글리세롤 기반 폴리머인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 글리세롤-기반 폴리머가 분지형, 고도 분지형(hyperbranched), 수지형(dendritic), 또는 이의 임의의 조합인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 분지된 환형 글리세롤-기반 폴리머가 가교되는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 각각의 R1이 독립적으로 수소, C2-C18 알킬, -C(O)CH(OH)CH3 및 음이온성 기로부터 선택되고, 단, 하나 이상의 R1은 음이온성 기인 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, m, n, o, p, q 및 r은 독립적으로 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49 및 50으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 글리세롤-기반 폴리머의 중량 평균 분자량이 200 Da 내지 500,000 Da인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 정착제(fixative), 분산제 및 점성제거제(detackifier)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 성분을 펄프 또는 제지 시스템에 첨가하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 유기 오염물이 스티키(sticky)인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 유기 오염물이 피치(pitch), 스티키 또는 이의 조합인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 조성물이 제지 공정에서 펄프 제조기(pulper), 대기 체스트(latency chest), 리젝트 리파이너 체스트(reject refiner chest), 디스크 필터(disk filter) 또는 데커(Decker) 공급부(feed) 또는 수용부(accept), 화이트워터 시스템(whitewater system), 펄프 스톡 저장 체스트(pulp stock storage chest), 배합 체스트(blend chest), 기계 체스트(machine chest), 헤드박스(headbox), 세이브올 체스트(saveall chest), 또는 이의 임의의 조합 중의 펄프 슬러리에 첨가되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 조성물이 제지 공정에서 파이프 벽, 체스트 벽, 기계 와이어(machine wire), 프레스 롤(press roll), 펠트(felt), 호일(foil), 율(Uhle) 박스, 드라이어(dryer) 또는 이의 임의의 조합으로부터 선택된 표면에 첨가되는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 음이온성의 분지된 환형 글리세롤-기반 폴리머가 제지 공정에서 펄프 슬러리에 첨가되는 방법.
