제1흡입구(11) 및 제1배출구(12)가 형성된 직물부(10)와;
복수의 공기통로(25)에 의해 연결된 후단부(23)와 선단부(24)로 구분구성되고, 상기 후단부(23)에는 제1흡입구(11)와 연통하는 제2흡입구(21)가 구비되며, 상기 선단부(24)에는 제1배출구(12)와 연통되는 제2배출구(22)가 구비된 공기순환부(20);를 포함하여 구성되되,
상기 후단부(23) 및 선단부(24)의 내측에는 공기를 머금을 수 있도록 다공성 구조를 갖는 탄성재질의 우레탄폼으로 이루어진 후단쿠션부(40) 및 선단쿠션부(42)가 각각 설치되고, 상기 선단부(24)의 저면에 내측으로 돌출되도록 오목하게 형성된 복수의 결합돌기(26)는 선단쿠션부(42)의 형성된 결합홀(43)에 삽입 고정되며,
상기 제2흡입구(21)의 하측에는 탄성력에 의해 제2흡입구(21)를 밀폐하는 소정 두께의 합성수지재 밸브(30)가 결합되고, 상기 후단쿠션부(40)에는 제2흡입구(21)와 연통되는 공간부(41)가 형성되며,
안창의 후단에 압력을 가해져 밸브(30)가 공간부(41) 측으로 절곡되면서 제2흡입구(21)가 개방되면, 개방된 부위를 통해 흡수된 공기는 다공성 구조를 갖는 후단쿠션부(40)에 흡수된 후, 밸브(30)는 공기의 역류를 방지할 수 있도록 탄성복원력에 의해 원 위치로 복원되어 제2흡입구(21)를 차단하고,
