Claims (10)
- 배터리 셀을 수납하는 다수의 카트리지들이 적층되는 카트리지 조립체;
상기 카트리지 조립체를 둘러싸고, 완충부재가 구비되는 커버;
상기 카트리지 조립체와 상기 커버를 통해 삽입되며, 상기 커버의 외측으로 미리 설정된 간격만큼 돌출되는 부싱부재; 및
상기 부싱부재에 삽입되어 상기 커버를 체결하는 체결부재를 포함하며,
상기 완충부재는 상기 부싱부재 외측의 둘레를 따라 상기 커버에 결합되며,
상기 체결부재는 몸통 부분과, 머리 부분을 포함하고, 상기 체결부재가 단단하게 체결될 수 있도록, 상기 체결부재는 상기 완충부재와 상기 부싱부재의 돌출된 부분 모두에 접촉되되,
상기 완충부재와 상기 부싱부재는 서로 이격되어 있고,
상기 완충부재가 상기 체결부재에 접촉되는 지점과, 상기 부싱부재가 상기 체결부재에 접촉되는 지점은 높이 방향을 기준으로 상측에서 동일한 수평선 상에 위치하며,
상기 체결부재의 상기 머리 부분은 상기 머리 부분의 외측에서 상기 완충부재에 접촉되고, 상기 머리 부분의 내측에서 상기 부싱부재에 접촉되며,
다수의 적층된 상기 카트리지들 상호 간에 간격이 형성될 수 있도록 상기 카트리지에 제1 돌기가 구비되고,
상기 제1 돌기는 복수로 마련되어 상기 부싱부재의 둘레를 따라 상기 카트리지에 형성되며,
상기 제1 돌기는 상측으로부터 하측으로 갈수록 직경이 작아지면서 끝부분이 뾰족하게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 삭제

상기 기판지지체는 상기 커버와 상기 카트리지 조립체 사이에 배치되고, 상기 카트리지 조립체로부터 간격이 형성될 수 있도록 제3 돌기가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항, 제4항 및 제7항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 배터리 모듈을 포함하는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항, 제4항 및 제7항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 배터리 모듈을 포함하는 자동차.
