Claims (20)
- (1) 불소계 화합물과 폴리비닐피롤리돈을 포함하는 섬유형성성분과, 분산된 감지성분을 포함하는 방사용액을 제조하는 단계; 및
(2) 상기 방사용액을 방사하여 형성된 나노섬유를 포함하는 섬유웹을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 폴리비닐피롤리돈은 불소계 화합물 100 중량부에 대하여 10 ~ 20 중량부로 포함되는 가스센서용 섬유웹 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방사용액은 감지성분을 포함하는 분산액과, 섬유형성성분 또는 섬유형성성분을 포함하는 용액을 혼합하여 제조되며, 상기 분산액은 분산매에 감지성분을 혼합 후 열을 가해 용융된 감지성분이 분산매에 분산된 것인 가스센서용 섬유웹 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 감지성분은 아세트산납, 로다민(Rhodamine), 브로모크레졸 그린(bromocresol green), 메틸옐로우(methyl yellow), 퍼팔드(purpald), 테트라메틸벤지딘(tetrametylbenzidine), 하이드록실아민 설페이트(hydroxylamine sulfate) 및 이들의 수화물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 가스센서용 섬유웹 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 섬유형성성분 100 중량부에 대하여 감지성분을 10 ~ 20 중량부로 포함하는 가스센서용 섬유웹 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방사용액은 분산매에 감지성분을 혼합 후 열을 가해 용융된 감지성분이 분산매에 분산된 형태의 분산액에 섬유형성성분 또는 섬유형성성분을 포함하는 용액을 혼합한 뒤, 원심분리를 통해 수득된 상등액인 가스센서용 섬유웹 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방사용액은 이온성 액체를 포함하는 가스센서용 섬유웹 제조방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 이온성 액체는 섬유형성성분 100 중량부에 대하여 1 ~ 4 중량부로 포함되는 가스센서용 섬유웹 제조방법. - 삭제

상기 가스센서용 섬유웹은 피검가스 내 황화수소를 검출하기 위한 용도인 가스센서용 섬유웹 제조방법. - 불소계 화합물과 폴리비닐피롤리돈을 포함하는 섬유부와, 피검가스 내 타겟물질과 반응하도록 상기 섬유부의 내부를 포함하여 표면에 노출되도록 구비된 감지성분을 포함하는 나노섬유;를 포함하며,
상기 폴리비닐피롤리돈은 불소계 화합물 100 중량부에 대하여 10 ~ 20 중량부로 포함되는 가스센서용 섬유웹. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 나노섬유 표면은 섬유부 100 중량부에 대해 감지성분이 5 ~ 20 중량부로 노출된 가스센서용 섬유웹. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 나노섬유의 직경은 150㎚ ~ 1㎛이며, 상기 섬유웹의 두께는 1 ~ 20㎛이고, 상기 섬유웹의 평량은 3 ~ 30g/㎠인 가스센서용 섬유웹. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 타겟물질은 황화수소이며, 감지성분은 아세트산납 및 이의 수화물 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 가스센서용 섬유웹. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 나노섬유는 이온성 액체 포함하는 가스센서용 섬유웹. - 삭제
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 나노섬유는 나노섬유 평균직경에 대해 1.5배 이상의 직경을 갖는 부분을 포함하지 않는 가스센서용 섬유웹. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 나노섬유는 외부로 노출된 섬유부 부분을 포함하는 가스센서용 섬유웹. - 제12항 내지 제16항, 제18항 및 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 가스센서용 섬유웹;을 포함하는 가스센서.
