Abstract
상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 내충격성 및 내열성이 강화된 생분해성 다층시트는 폴리유산계 생분해성 대전방지 다층시트로 우수한 대전방지 기능을 보유하면서도, 내충격성 및 내열성이 균일하게 향상된 대전방지 기능을 구현됨으로써 제품으로 사용함에 있어서 우수한 특성을 나타내도록 하여 상기한 종래의 문제점을 해소하였다.

Claims (14)
- 주원료가 폴리유산이고, 2개의 외층(B)과 1개의 내층(A)의 3층 구조로 이루어진 생분해성 다층시트의 제조방법에 있어서,
폴리유산과 고무변성 비닐계 그라프트 공중합체는 내층(A)으로, 폴리유산과 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(PMMA) 수지와 대전방지제는 외층(B)으로, 튄 압출기를 통해 용융압출하되, 내층(A)을 이루기 위해 폴리유산의 함량은 80.0 내지 95.0 중량부, 고무변성 비닐계 그라프트 공중합체는 5 내지 20 중량부를 혼합하고, 외층(B)을 이루기 위해서는 먼저 폴리유산과 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(PMMA) 수지를 혼합하되 폴리유산의 함량은 20.0 내지 70.0 중량부, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(PMMA) 수지는 30.0 내지 80.0 중량부를 혼합하고, 이에 대전방지제를 추가하되 상기 대전방지제는 음이온계 대전방지제와 비이온계 대전방지제가 혼합된 것으로 전체 외층(B) 물질의 총중량을 기준으로 음이온계 대전방지제는 0.1 내지 2.0 중량%, 비이온계 대전방지제는 0.1 내지 1.0 중량% 를 혼합하며, 이때 내층(A)의 폴리유산은 용융점도가 5~10g/10min 이고, 외층(B)의 폴리유산은 용융점도가 30~90g/10min 이며, 상기 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(PMMA) 수지의 중량 평균 분자량은 6만 내지 15만이고, 상기 고무변성 비닐계 그라프트 공중합체는 0.05 내지 4㎛의 입경 크기인 단계와;
슬립형 다이를 통해 폴리머(Polymer)를 토출시켜 상기 3층(B/A/B) 구조의 다층시트를 제조하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 및 내열성이 강화된 생분해성 다층시트의 제조방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 외층인 (B)층의 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트계(PMMA) 단독중합체 혹은 공중합체로 선택된 하나 이상의 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트와 용융점도 30 내지 90g/10min인 폴리유산, 음이온계 대전방지제, 비이온계 대전방지제의 혼합물에, 상기 혼합물의 총중량을 기준으로 고무 변성 그라프트 공중합체를 5.0 내지 20.0 중량%를 첨가한 것임을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 및 내열성이 강화된 생분해성 다층시트의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 PMMA계 수지는 메틸메타크릴레이트 단독중합체 혹은 공중합체로서, 공중합체는 메틸메타크릴레이트와 메틸아크릴레이트, 에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 부틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 스티렌에서 선택되는 어느 한 성분 이상의 것과 중합한 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 및 내열성이 강화된 생분해성 다층시트의 제조방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 내층을 구성하는 고무변성 비닐계 그라프트 공중합체 수지는 고무질 중합체 30 내지 80중량부에 방향족 비닐 화합물 40 내지 90중량부 및 시안화비닐 화합물 1 내지 30중량부로 이루어진 단량체 혼합물 30 내지 60중량부를 그라프트 중합하여 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 및 내열성이 강화된 생분해성 다층시트의 제조방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 음이온계 대전방지제는 카르복시산염계, 술폰산염계, 포스포인산염계, 인산염계 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것임을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 및 내열성이 강화된 생분해성 다층시트의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 비이온계 대전방지제는 페놀옥시에틸렌에테르 또는 다가 알코올 지방산 에스테르계, 알킨올 아미드계, 친수성 고분자계 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것임을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 및 내열성이 강화된 생분해성 다층시트의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 각 층을 구성하는 조성에는, 각 층의 총중량을 기준으로 0.01 내지 5중량%의 사슬 확장제가 첨가된 것임을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 및 내열성이 강화된 생분해성 다층시트의 제조방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 사슬확장제는 에폭시 관능기를 포함하고, 주쇄가 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 실록산(siloxane), 방향족 비닐 단량체, 시안화 비닐 단량체 중 하나 또는 둘 이상이 선택되어 제조된 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 및 내열성이 강화된 생분해성 다층시트의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 각 층의 조성에는 산화방지제, 내후제, 이형제, 착색제, 자외선 차단제, 충전제, 핵 형성제, 가소제, 접착 조제, 점착제, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 첨가제가 더 포함되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 및 내열성이 강화된 생분해성 다층시트의 제조방법.
