Description

A steam oven range

This specification relates to a steam oven range.

A steam oven range is a cooking apparatus which cooks food using high temperature steam. The steam oven range is provided with steam generating means for generating steam and water supply means for supplying water to the steam generating means.

The conventional steam oven range disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2007-0027429 includes a steam generator having a housing forming a cooking chamber, a water supply unit, and an evaporation element for generating steam introduced into the cooking chamber. And the water supply is provided with a port for the user to pour water.

In the case of the conventional steam oven, there was an inconvenience in that water should be poured directly into the water supply unit or installed by connecting a general water pipe and the port. In order to solve this problem, a steam oven with a bucket has been developed.

The conventional steam oven range disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2006-0117571 includes a bucket case formed inside a main body and having a front surface opened, and a bucket fitted into the bucket case.

By using such a conventional steam oven, the user can conveniently replenish water. However, according to the volume occupied by the bucket, there is a problem that the cooking space is reduced. On the contrary, when the bucket is formed small in order to secure sufficient cooking space, there is a problem that the steam supply is stopped due to lack of water during cooking.

In addition, there is a problem that the electric equipment for flowing the water is damaged by the high temperature heat delivered from the cavity.

In addition, when the electric device for flowing the water is located in the vicinity of the steam injection, there is a problem that the failure caused by the penetration of water.

An object of the present invention is to provide a steam oven that can be attached to the removable bucket outside the oven, to prevent the cooking space is reduced, and to secure a sufficient water storage space of the bucket.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a steam oven range capable of minimizing heat loss by installing the steam generating and supplying device directly in the cavity.

Still another object of the present invention is to provide a steam oven that can solve the problem of insulation and insulation by installing an electric device for guiding water from the water tank to the steam generating and supplying device so as to be sufficiently spaced apart from the cavity and the steam injection unit. will be.

Steam oven range according to one aspect, the cavity forming a cooking space in which food is accommodated; A cooktop part disposed above the cavity and having a plurality of cooktop burners; A back guard extending upward from the rear of the cooktop portion; And a bucket spaced apart from the cavity and installed at one side of the back guard.

Steam oven according to another aspect, the body forming the appearance; A cavity provided at one side of the main body and forming a cooking space in which food is accommodated; A drawer unit provided at the other side of the main body, the drawer unit including a drawer that can be pulled in or pulled out of the main body, and warming a container housed in the drawer; A steam supply unit including an evaporation element for heating the introduced water to generate steam and a spray nozzle for supplying the generated steam to the cooking space; A water supply pipe guiding water to the steam supply unit; And a bucket disposed on the drawer and storing water for supplying to the steam supply unit.

According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the capacity of the oven portion from being reduced due to the volume occupied by the bucket. As a result, it is possible to solve the problem that the steam supply is interrupted during cooking by increasing the size of the bucket sufficiently large regardless of the capacity of the oven unit.

In addition, by directly installing the steam generating and supply apparatus in the cavity, it is possible to minimize the heat loss.

In addition, by installing the various electrical components so as to be sufficiently spaced apart from the high temperature cavity, it is possible to prevent damage to the electrical components due to heat.

In addition, the steam injection unit and the electrical component are sufficiently spaced apart, and it is possible to prevent the moisture from penetrating into the electrical component.

The handle groove 616 may be substantially perpendicular to the direction in which the depression 615 is recessed. In consideration of the safety of the user, the cross section of the handle groove 616 may be formed to form a curve.

The supply nozzle 618 may be provided to penetrate the rear wall of the bucket case 612. When the bucket 610 is mounted in the bucket insertion space 430, the supply nozzle 618 communicates with the inlet 434. On the other hand, the nozzle may be provided in the bucket insertion space 430, unlike shown.

The second guide part 619 is formed at a position corresponding to the first guide part 433, and guides the water tank 610 to the water tank insertion space 430.

The second guide part 619 may be, for example, a rib protruding from an outer wall of the bucket case 612. However, the type of the second guide part 619 is not limited.

According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the capacity of the oven portion from being reduced due to the volume occupied by the water tank.

The present invention has been described above with reference to preferred embodiments thereof, which are merely examples and are not intended to limit the present invention. Those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains do not depart from the essential characteristics of the present invention. It will be appreciated that various modifications and applications are not possible that are not illustrated above. For example, each component shown in detail in the embodiment of the present invention may be modified. And differences relating to such modifications and applications will have to be construed as being included in the scope of the invention defined in the appended claims.
