도 3a 및 도 3b는 본 발명에서 물의 존재 유무에 따른 수위센서의 정전용량 변화 모식도.

Claims (5)
- 정전용량 방식의 수위센서로서,
전원과 연결되는 게이트 라인(Gate line)에 직렬로 연결되는 제1전극;
상기 제1전극과 소정의 간격을 두고 배열되어 수위에 따라 변화하는 정전용량으로 수위를 감지하는 제2전극;
드레인 단자가 상기 게이트 라인에 연결되고, 게이트 단자가 상기 제2전극에 연결되며, 소스 단자가 출력 라인과 연결되어, 수위에 따라 제1전극 및 제2 전극 간의 정전용량 변화에 대응하는 전압의 변화를 수위 감지 값으로 출력하는 트랜지스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전용량 방식의 수위센서에 있어서,
상기 제1전극과 제2전극은 일정 간격을 두고 직렬로 배열되며 상기 트랜지스터는 물이 존재하면 상기 제2전극의 정전용량의 증가에 따라 게이트 전압이 낮아져 출력 전류가 감소하고, 물이 없으면 제1 및 제2 전극의 정전용량이 직렬로 더해져 기생용량의 감소로 게이트 전압이 높아져 출력 전류가 증가하는 방식으로 수위 감지 값을 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전용량 방식의 수위센서. - 삭제
