Abstract
본 발명의 모바일 디스플레이용 광학필름은 플라스틱 기재필름층의 적어도 일면에, 투명한 바인더 수지에 투명한 합성수지입자가 분산된 광학층이 형성된 광학필름에 있어서, 상기 바인더 수지가 굴절율 1.49 이상의 고굴절 바인더 수지이고, 상기 합성수지입자가 입자평균입경 1 내지 5㎛ 범위 내에서 입경이 다른 2종이상으로 혼합되도록 설계됨으로써, 표면굴곡성을 낮추고 바인더수지와의 굴절율차를 높여, 모바일에 사용되는 엘시디(LCD) 백라이트 유닛(BLU)의 고휘도를 구현할 수 있다.

Claims (7)
- 플라스틱 기재필름층; 및 상기 플라스틱 기재필름층의 적어도 일면에, 투명한 바인더 수지에 입경이 다른 투명한 합성수지입자가 2종이상 분산된 광학층이 형성되되,
상기 광학층이
(1) 굴절율 1.49 내지 1.7 범위의 고굴절 바인더 수지에,
(2) 상기 입경이 다른 합성수지입자가 2종이상 혼합되되, 상기 혼합된 입자평균입경이 1 내지 5㎛ 범위 내에서 선택된 2종이상의 합성수지입자가 혼합되어, 광출사각 60 내지 80°로 광이 출사되도록 한, 모바일 디스플레이용 광확산 필름. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 기재필름층이 두께 50㎛ 이하를 충족하는 박형인 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 디스플레이용 광확산 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광학층이 고굴절 바인더 수지 및 입경이 다른 합성수지입자간의 굴절율 차이가 0.05 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 디스플레이용 광확산 필름.

(1) 굴절율 1.49 내지 1.8 범위의 바인더 수지 및
(2) 입경이 다른 합성수지입자 2종이상 혼합되되, 상기 혼합된 입자평균입경이 1 내지 5㎛ 범위 내에서 선택된 합성수지입자가 분산된 집광층이 형성된 모바일 디스플레이용 프리즘 필름. - 반사필름;
엣지 타입의 광원;
폴리카보네이트계 도광판;
제1항의 모바일 디스플레이용 광확산 필름; 및
제6항의 모바일 디스플레이용 프리즘 필름;으로 구성된 모바일 디스플레이용 백라이트 유닛.
