기존에는 유성 도료를 상도와 하도로 적용하여 안정된 품질과 성능 발휘를 하도록 하였다. 하지만 최근 들어 대기오염 문제와 같은 환경문제가 대두되면서 수용성 도료로의 전환 인식의 필요성이 공감되고 있는바, 본 발명은 기존의 유성 하도 도료에 적용할 수 있는 속건형 수용성 상도 도료에 관한 것이다.
이 상도 도료는 실온에서 10분 이내에 건조되는 속건형 수용성 도료로서, 그 조성물은 바인더로 아크릴 수지 50~60중량부, 방청안료 5~10중량부, 체질안료 5~10중량부, 착색 안료로 카본블랙 1~10중량부, 습윤분산제 0.5~5중량부, 소포제 0.5~1중량부, 증점제 1~5중량부, 표면조정제 0.1~1중량부, 일시 방청제 0.1~1중량부, 조막용제 5~10중량부, 수용성 PUD 바인더 1∼5중량부, 물 15~25중량부로 구성된다.
